Had such a great experience at this Alive Garden. The food hit the spot – everything tasted fresh and really well made. What stood out even more was our waitress. She was on it the whole time… attentive without hovering, quick with everything we needed, and just genuinely friendly. It made the whole meal feel easy and enjoyable. Definitely coming back.

Dining at Olive Garden , my daughter’s favorite restaurant for her 18th birthday, was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food, as always, was exceptional; the staff was very attentive and always available. Our server, Samuel, even though he had other tables, would occasionally come over to ours to ask how we were doing, how the food was, if we were enjoying it, and if we needed anything else. The atmosphere was perfect for a cozy evening. I highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Olive Garden with the family.

The wait. Over two hours for our party of 12. I know it is a Saturday night but many, many tables have been cleared. We only needed 3 tables of 4. This could have been handled much better. Also, snarky comments from the young lady running the front, she didn’t think we heard those. Our server Alia was awesome.

I want to start off with the positive. Savanna was an amazing waitress she was very friendly and professional. She never let our drinks go low and provided great customer service. Arturo was one of the managers there. He was very professional and you can tell he cares about his customers. There was another older manager he wasn’t very friendly so he was lacking in customer service. He had our food than set it on the counter and said here you go to our waitress. He should have delivered the food himself besides acting as if he was too good to deliver our food.. He should have good customer service and be able to face customers with a smile. Thanks to Savannah and Arturo for making this experience better.

Went to Olive Garden for my first time ever. It was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The only thing that was negative was that my friends and i were sat at was very small with a low hanging light above us. As we were talking and waiting for the server to bring us our drinks. We began to notice something moving in the light. Looking up we saw a huge roach in the light above us and our table, twitching. We immediately ask to move seats and for them to handle the situation. The server told us we weren’t the first to complain about the bug and moved us swiftly. (If they knew about it, why would that have seated us there)
We finished our meal there and I would say it was pretty decent, but the bug definitely curved my appetite.

We had a awsome experience last night. We had Amina she did an excellent job. We never need anything. We ended up having 2 servers both were awsome. I had the Chicken and shrimp cabanarra. My wife had the same but eneded up sending it back. It was not hot. We had fried shrimp with fried peppers. I would highly recommend going here and asking for Amina or Anina.
