We stopped in with our granddaughter for dinner because she wanted huge stretchy mozzarella sticks and did she ever get that! We had great service. The waitress pulled her out of her shell when my granddaughter didn’t want to order on her own. She was great! We didn’t need got anything. We all ordered Alfredo of various additions. The said and breadsticks were so fresh and delicious! This location never disappoints on food & service! We will continue to frequent here.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch at the Burleson TX location. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and seated in the front bar area.
Our waitress Adrianna greeted us within a minute or two.
She was very attentive and always made sure our glasses were full and we were doing good.
I had ravioli with seared beef tips and my wife had fettuccine Alfredo . We both enjoyed the half&half tea. It was pleasant lunch with great service and fantastic food. We could have ask for anything else.

7/2025 We had a wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Our waitress, Tina, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She truly made us feel welcome. Great service, great atmosphere, and a great meal!

I recently dined at the Olive Garden in Burleson, TX, with my son, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we sat down, our server, Brianna, provided exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome.
The food was absolutely delicious! My son enjoyed the Tour of Italy, and I had the Cheese Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce and Shrimp – both were perfection. The flavors were spot-on, and everything came out fresh and beautifully presented.
What truly stood out was the way the manager handled my compliment for Brianna. When I shared how impressed I was with her service, the manager immediately acknowledged her in such a kind and thoughtful way, even gifting her right there on the spot. It was heartwarming to see her hard work recognized.

Met with a small group (7) of HS friends. I had the never ending salad/soup.! It was very good. Our server kept bringing fresh salad and breadsticks!
And all of us ordered the take home $6 meals which is a FANTASTIC deal!!!

My low score for service is deceiving. When my wife and I first arrived, Madeline was working. I was a little apprehensive because she’s served us before, and we weren’t too impressed. Nevertheless, I’m always willing to give chances for people to redeem themselves. After Madeline greeted us with a pleasant smile, I thought we were going to have a wonderful experience, but to my dismay, that was quickly dispelled after Jodi arrived. True to form, Madeline ignored us so that Jodi would have to take our order after the change of the register. It wouldn’t have been so bad had she told us that she would be leaving soon and that Jodi would be taking over, regrettably, she did not. Instead, she ignored my wife’s two attempts to call her and waited for Jodi to answer so she wouldn’t have to. I have no idea what she’s doing working in this industry because her service is horrendous. It’s upsetting because my wife and I enjoy Olive Garden but cringe when we see she’s working the bar.

As brits in USA this is restaurant chain is needed in the UK!!! Food was amazing! From the breadsticks and salads to the pastas .
We had Dillon as our waiter and he was so attentive and friendly. Just overall a really lovely gentleman. Made our first experience of this restaurant a good one, we will definitely be back ☺️

This is among the few Olive Gardens that you may want to stop off at. All staff is very friendly and eager to help. Great lighting, not moody or dimmed. The decor is very welcoming and unique – I haven’t seen an Olive Garden done as an Italian Villa yet. Silverware was clean, seats didn’t have food on them when you went to sit down, and the menus weren’t sticky or dirty. Water glass didn’t have anything other than water and ice in it. For once, I was able to relax and enjoy my meal with my wife at a restaurant.

Stopped in for a Friday night dinner after the rush died down. We had never been to this location and were very surprised at how big it was and had a very welcoming ambiance. The location we frequent is much smaller and doesn’t have higher/vaulted ceilings so that added a lot of openness to the room.
Quickly greeted and had about a 5 minute wait. It was extremely busy and we were okay with that but we felt very rushed as soon as our table was ready. The hostess was 10 steps ahead of us and made it almost a sprint not to lose her to the table. She kept looking back and seemed bothered we weren’t on her tail. We were seated and our waitress took our drink order and upon return, she was ready to take our order – we were still trying to look at the menu and finish our talk we had to stop while racing to our table. I don’t like that feeling of being rushed, especially on a Friday evening which is my wind down from a long week. Nonetheless, she was very polite and returned for our order.
Food was promptly delivered, hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious. Again, we were still eating and were offered to go boxes.
All in all a great dinner, just didn’t like the rushed feeling. As much as I liked the location, not sure I’ll be back or maybe on a busy evening leaving the waitress tired and ready to hit the door, maybe will return on an off peak time
