We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to the wonderful staff! Giselle, the host, was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment we walked in she truly set the tone for a great visit. Our waiter, Natalie, also provided excellent service. She was kind, patient, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Both of them went above and beyond and made us feel very well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Only reason I’m writing a review is because they made us wait 15 minutes for a table. Its empty in here at this time of day , thats why i come. So why the wait ? Lastly we asked to be moved to another table and they wouldn’t let us . Again its empty in here so what’s the problem? Service is horrible here dont come. 3/3/2026 5pm

I was in a hurry this morning and wanted to get some food for me and my son. I picked up angel hair pasta and got home and there’s hair in it. Annoying experience in general. My order was ready behind the counter and to go employees were not helpful and barely there. Saw a bunch of servers and bartender kinda just standing around and talking/laughing while I was waiting for my order that I could see that was ready behind the counter. No manager presence.

I usually eat in the bar. The bartenders are all friendly and attentive. Olive Garden is a consistently above average dining experience. What keeps me coming back are quick service, friendly staff, predictable quality, and reasonable prices. The salad is always good.

This location is very nice. Clean, efficient service and fresh food. Our waitress Karen is an exceptional server. Our drink refills were never late or ignored, our orders were correct and she was available without being intrusive. Huge “thank you” to the team and the management. My only issues were the tea and the way everything seemed to have the same sort of flavor. The tea wasn’t bad, but it could be stronger. The food was good but not really worth the price. It was all sort of bland and sort of lightly sweet…almost like cookie cut recipes. But that has nothing to do with the great service.
The exceptions we’re the incredible soups, salad, breadsticks and the cheese sticks! There we’re amazing.
Almost $90.00 for 3 bland meals is a bit much. Just not worth it.
Also I personally hate Coke products. Pepsi option would have nice.
I admit the images look great, but they are very deceiving. Not returning.

Grabbed 2 meals to go on my way home. Meatball spaghetti was fine and still very hot. The Alfredo was cold and lacking sauce. The pasta was dripping butter and lacked any creamy sauce. Very disappointing visit.

Terrible service from the front staff came here for a birthday dinner and waited almost two hours to be seated when they only told us to wait 15 min. Order my food received it an hour later. Came to the establishment at 6:45pm and ended up leaving until 10pm because all the waiting. Horrible service the manager was hiding the whole time didn’t even apologize and when we did get to talk to her she tried to blame the server. Shoutout to our server Nick he was the only good thing of this whole experience he treated us right and try to be as helpful as he could.

This location didn’t have a long wait and the staff was courteous. Masks were place until we were seated and we weren’t seated directly beside another table. The food was ok but the salad and chicken alfredo was a little dry. I will say that it was freezing cold in there so have a light jacket

We came there the night I was asking my now fiance to marry me to eat before I proposed. We were sat in a private area. We have a daughter with celiac disease and she cannot have gluten. The general manager came and talked to us and understood. After that we never got refills, the waitress was too busy with another table, the gm came back and we told her we need refills, breadsticks, cheese, to go boxes, and to make a to go order…she never came back. I had to get up and ask someone for to go boxes, while the waitress stared at us and did not help. The gm never came back. We spent $125 there and the food was cold, the service was terrible.
