This was the worst Olive Garden I’ve ever ate at, the waiter had the nerve to bring me old flat breadsticks and said this all we have at the time. It look like he got them out of the trash. I will never eat at Olive Garden again. This place and the waiter were horrible. I asked for a to go, he brought me a to go plate and never came back. I looked back and he was eating with other employees. Never thought to bring me my bill. I had to get up and find someone to go get him. Never go to this place.Awful

When we stop in over lunch, we consistently get great service from the moment the hostess, Rand, shows us to our table. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly.
Our fave waiter is Daniel S. He refills are drinks without asking and is happy to refill our soup & salad nonstop lol. Also, he doesn’t make me feel bad for waiting forever to say “Stop” when grating fresh Parmesan on my soup & entree :).

(1•11•26) Lemme start by saying my family & I cook more than we eat out! We just wanted to treat ourselves out yesterday & It was definitely worth getting out the house! To our amazing server: THANK YOU SO MUCH JAYLA!! What an outstanding server you are! So attentive, kind, suggestive & joyful! She made our night worth being there! To your Chef : 10s ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! Whatever they are doing in that kitchen!!!! Let them! Best Olive Garden we have been too in a long time. The atmosphere was also so welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We WILL be back!

Longing for salad? Came here for sure will eat unlimited salad! Host did her job , need a little smile ! Waitress- friendly and patient with our orders .She wasn’t rushing us and took her time to help us select our drink , no ginger beer but had quality spring water .
We ordered herbed salmon with broccoli ( green as can be ) soup fagioli (?made from scratch ) and tiramisu for dessert , acqua panna spring water for drink . Food tastes just enough salt and friendly to our palate . Didn’t really care for pasta so salmon with broccoli was healthy enough .
Tiramisu was light and perfect to satisfy my sweet palate .
Manager came and checked on customers , great customer service .
We will come back for more salad of course and taste their other entrees .

The salad was horrible and weird tasting. However I had the shrimp for my appetizer the Fritto Miso and they were good with the sauce. I had for my entree Calabrian Steak and Shrimp bucatini pasta. It was amazing. I would order that again. It juat felt a little dirty in the place and I think my server/waitress had a cold.

Other locations such as McKinney and Rockwall are better because of the huge difference in quality. Takeout is always hit or miss. I ordered takeout yesterday and it had a hair.

We have been coming here for well over 20 years. Most recently we were here on December 6th and it started off as a very bad experience. We were seated in a sort of enclosed area and there were two other families there. The tables and everyone was seated too close. The people at the table next to us were coughing their heads off. Very nasty in the Corona world. We sat there for over 10 minutes and nobody came to our table. We spoke to the manager about the nasty coughing and no service and they began to clear another table for us. Then the waitress finally came to our table and asked if we needed anything and we said no thanks we’re moving to another table. We saw that same waitress working other tables but for whatever reason she completely ignored us.
At the new table we were taken care of by Marla. OMG she was awesome! Very friendly, fast impeccable service. As for food, I had the Eggplant Parmesan and it was really good. Another dish we had was the Chicken strip and pasta and I was told it was really good. Over the decades food and service has been good and not so good. But overall good enough that we come back.

Are server was nice, and the food was decent. I just really wish they hadn’t removed so many items from the menu. Their best was their Seafood Portofino but I haven’t seen that in some years on the menu and that was such a disappointment that they took it off. Either way my visit last weekend was good

The food is as always delicious. The place was not very crowded, so no. They made us wait, the service was the one that was a little different, the waiter who was not attended was very desperate to sell the product, since when the bill increased, the tip is higher. they served us extra food that we had not ordered.

I’m not an Olive Garden fanatic and just usually come here for an easy meal after working out. I have to say that I actually enjoyed my experience here! Our waiter Larry did a wonderful job serving our table and was quick on his feet to refill our drinks and bring our food out. He came out at the perfect time each time we finished our plates and not sure if it was coincidence that he showed up at the right time, but it worked for us! Food wasn’t bad, but the portion was fulfilling. Definitely recommend this location!
