Moved to the area in the beginning of the year. My kids love Olive Garden every visit has been quite delightful. The food,service,and atmosphere remains a 5 star experience but somehow it improves each visit. Cristal such a sweet attentive server, amongst her other tables she personally delivered everything that we ordered promptly, loved it! Young ladies at the host stand greeted us nicely, smiled, and immediately sat us. Got a visit from the AGM and GM and very warm and inviting, as they have always been. Just like to say a thank you goes a long way, and gratitude is appreciation. Thanks GP Olive Garden!

It was fine, though the quality of customer service among restaurants in general has really gone down hill. Maybe inflation is partially to blame? We were there celebrating a birthday and my relative asked our hostess “can I get someone to wipe off our table? It’s kinda sticky.” Her response was “yeah, want a napkin?” Like….really??? ♀️

Food was ok. Calamari great! The fried shrimp and peppers, eeehhh. The seafood fettuccine, soo soo. We had a large party and it was severely understaffed but the 2 waitresses did their best and made it work. I went to the bar and got a spiked strawberry lem9. Overrated and way overpriced for some lemonade and a smidgen of vodka with an unfriendly bartender.

Everything was good from food to service to teamwork. When we got our salad we did not have cutlery. We were told they were out at the moment. I really didn’t know what that meant so another waiter stepped in and brought us plastic ware. Not even 5 minutes later he brought us proper silverware Food was delicious as always.

I can Friday night to celebrate my nieces birthday!food was amazing however, As soon as we get there, we tell them it’s her birthday and our serves says they will do something special for her at the end… okay cool.. they bring her a big chocolate layered cake and sing happy birthday. Everything was cool until I looked at the check and saw I was charged for the birthday dessert!!! At most restaurants they give a free dessert for the birthday… which the probably isn’t even the cost.. it’s the fact he didn’t give me a heads up before he brought the dessert out.
