Stopped in for dinner traveling through town and our waitress Karla was AMAZING! She was kind and efficient. My husband never ran out of soup and I never ran out of bread! Honestly, this was the nicest olive garden I’ve ever seen! It was clean, very vibey, and smelled amazing – but I just might’ve been really hungry. If you are in town or just visiting this is the place to be! I’d give it 10 stars if I could; 5 for Karla, and 5 for the restaurant.

This here review is specifically for the service that I’ve been getting at the bar from Kimberly.
I’ve been to enough Olive Gardens in my traveling time to know and experience a bartender from one that’s been there only a few months and it really shows up here that ding ding ding we have a veteran! As this is probably my 10th time here she always knows what I drink and what I usually order as well as the amount of extras that I need and could almost feel me out when I feel like having a Tiramisu or not.
I’ve been happy dining room experience well and I cannot even complain about these servers here. Everyone I’ve also gotten has been courteous so Kudos too the management that has been keeping him on the upkeep on the service side.

I was sat near the bar area in a booth. The waitress was very checked out of taking care of me when I ordered the lunch portion at dinner time. I cannot eat a full dinner portion and I travel for work so saving leftovers is not feasible. Asked for balsamic vinegar. I prefer it with the bread. She brought me balsamic vinegrette. There was no salad on my table. I usually have an issue with the amount of celery in their soups at this location. This night, there was so so much pasta in the minestrone. Any who, I will definitely eat here again just a little pickier where I sit.

We had a BIG group of 15 to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday!! Our waiter was Jericho and he is AMAZING!! He went above and beyond to make our visit good! He prayed with our table helped hand out birthday cake for our table and even played with my daughter!! We went in later in the evening so they weren’t very busy and I think that helped us get to see a little bit more of Jericho’s personality!! If you guys go eat here I HIGHLY SUGGEST asking for JERICHO he is an amazing person and waiter!!

Im here from out of town for a few months. The staff is amazing. I sit at the bar and Kristine has been amazing every time I’ve been in. The other thing I appreciate is the manager Flo. It’s nice when the manager actually comes out to visit with you to make sure the food and service are up to their expectations! I tend to leave a lot of negative reviews these days based off poor service, food or something. It’s so nice to be able to give a positive review. Good people great food.

Food- nobody was impressed. My party of nine showed up nearly three hours before closing and I am all for waiting for food. I understand they take longer because more people but.. when I order never ending pasta and get cut off after two servings. Nearly $20 and cut off? The first serving was basically all given back anyways the rigatoni was hard, not al dente, like not cooked. The sauce was over cooked and coagulated. They also stacked sides on top of main entrees (meatballs on top of shrimp dishes). It was just ugly and prepared horribly.
Service- the server knocked a chair over and left it for like 15-20 minutes, she and another server walked past/over it 8+ times total and a customer who was leaving had to pick it up. Two “bro” servers were jumping up and down chest bumping in the corner.. not even at fast food would you see this.. we were left drinkless for a while and the one run of refills we got the server seemed to have on purpose spilled drinks on my phone and one other member of my party. She was loud when saying she liked to call someone “pervert” growing up and soft spoken when asking if we needed something so we wouldn’t actually get help. 2/10 for all servers and management for allowing it all to happen. Not even a mint at the end without someone having to beg and only ending up with two.
Atmosphere- cold. Annoying and miserable. They were closing off what seamed to be 90% of the restaurant two hours before closing. I get closing some down but it felt like the end of lunch in middle school and all the tables and chairs were being put away.
In their defense- nothing they could stay could correct this it was a family meeting for a sibling moving out of state, the time was ruined thanks to lack of someone actually running the place. I have gone to this exact location before and even bought a cheese grater and had a wonderful night on that occasion but tonight was maybe the last time I go. One bad experience ruins the place for a long time.
Overall- a waste of $50 from my fiancee and I, probably over quadruple that for the whole group. Do not go unless you want to be jump scared of your phone getting messed up seemingly on purpose, being neglected and watching workers chest bumping.

Ordered to go. Said it would be ready by 7:06 husband’s boss pulled in with Togo order his said 7:12 and he got his right away. Continued waiting upon checking status at 7:35 said it had been picked up. Had to go in and get it. 30+ minutes after the said time. Aside from that food was good. Thanks to the cooks but not great service from the front of house.

Bad experience in muskogee ok. My wife drove an hour for my birthday, I only got half a bowl of gnocchi soup, waitress noticed and said she would refill soon they were busy, they never refilled our salad only bread sticks, and waitress came back after I asked for soup after about 20 minutes, then ten minutes later she came back without my bowl and said their out of gnocchi soup.i was polite and asked for check, I won’t be back

We came here for the never ending pasta and received amazing service from both Matayo and Cambree!! Both were very kind and friendly. Cambree was the absolute sweetest hostess and I think the others could learn from her. Matayo gave us great service and connected with us as well. This location definitely needs to keep these two around!

We ate dinner there tonight 10/17/2025 around 1815 at the Olive Garden in Muskogee OK. The server was great, she was on top of her job. The food was ok, got the never ending alfrado/chicken bowl. Ask for some ranch so I could make a creamy Italian dressing for our salad. The ranch was some cheap bottled mess. We got finished and we both had to go to the bathroom something was making us really sick. We were throwing up and our stomachs feeling awful. The other lady called and informed the staff something we ate must have went bad. The only common thing we ate besides the salad and bread sticks was the ranch. Nobody else was making a run to the bathroom to throw up. It is now 0358 and I’m still feeling sick and have thrown up 8 times since being home. Stomach cramping and having diarrhea. Miserable. So is the other lady I was with tonight.
