First, the soup is amazing especially for a cold Sunday afternoon. We tried the Steak Gorgonzola. Some of the steak was tough and overcooked. It was ok. The chicken in the tortellini dish was too done on the outside making it tough to chew. The flavor of everything was good. My only real problem is that the breadsticks have not been soft. This is the second time we’ve gotten hard breadsticks in our to go order, which was a disappointment. For the most part, Olive Garden is good and they are usually always on time with your pickup order. The employees who bring the orders to the car are always super nice. We spent around $70 total with 3 meals.

Horrible experience. The service was so slow. We waited on our food for an hour at least. We were here altogether almost 2 hours.
We even got unlimited soup and salad and left before we ever got the rest of what we ordered. Our drinks took forever and we sat without refills.
We had our 2 children with us and it was not a good experience.
We ordered the tour of Italy and the food portion was tiny for the price.

Every time I pick up my order from Olive Garden I am met with superb customer service. Emmy in particular on evening shift is an absolute sweet heart and she deserves a shout out. Keep up the good work, you’re fantastic!!

I usually come here once in a while. But yesterday my experience in this current Olive Garden was perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. Our server Kaylie was friendly, attentive, and had great menu recommendations. The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks are always a win—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We tried the Stuffed Chicken Marsala and the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. Portions were generous, and everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and family-friendly. If you’re craving Italian comfort food with great service, Olive Garden is the place to go!

Clean and your typical Olive garden restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and kind. She worked the bar area and our table and looks like Katy Perry. I tried the new stuffed chicken marsala and I really enjoyed it.

We had our Mother’s 85th birthday party here, and the staff was so very accommodating, they were very nice, took the time for our huge party of 45 people, I cannot say enough about the staff and Manager , they went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. The food was excellent and hot. We will definitely be going back to the Owasso Olive Garden ❤️

Landon provided my wife and I with very excellent customer service, this evening. The braised beef tortellini was fantastic. Zupa Tuscana is always amazing. The Fried Zitti made a wonderful appetizer and the bread sticks stayed warm and fresh at our table. I don’t usually leave my review from the table, but it was that good. It’s gonna be difficult for anywhere else to top this New Years dining experience. Great job Landon and Olive Garden.

Let’s start with the fact that I called ahead to see if they were still running a special in return was told yes. Also asked a few more questions same response. We get there no special, ended Sunday. The waitress rudely said that ended Sunday and proceeds to say she wouldn’t be mad if we left! Now me and my daughter drove quite a ways so we asked for a manager. She was nice(given the star) she proceeds to say the same thing. Asked if there could be compensation, no. Now she did however offer us the lunch price, ok cool. But then disaster. All our food came at once, everything! Alfredo was dry, chicken rubbery, and the broccoli I don’t even think they tried to cook it. The look of disgust was very noticeable. The waitress asked how was the food , now I was very nice considering how I really felt just for her to be sarcastic and say ” well at least some of it was ok” the nerve! It was just the salad that was good! Will not be returning to this location, and highly recommend keeping your staff updated on store promotions.

The food and service have always been great for us. We always try to get there earlier so we don’t have to fight the crowd. Salad and bread sticks are great we always get Alfredo sauces to dip bread into.

I’ve been to Olive Garden about five times recently and never had an issue ordering the Endless Pasta to share with my boyfriend. The food is always great, and we’ve really enjoyed coming here. However, this visit our amazing waitress seemed to get talked to about letting us share. It was honestly embarrassing to be told we couldn’t after doing it the same way multiple times before. This whole situation could’ve been easily avoided if we were informed of the policy during our first visit
