Great food. Great service. It took much longer than it should have for our dinner to come, but when it was ready the manager brought it out to us and made it right with free dessert. That was not necessary, but he went above above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dining experience. It was very much appreciated. Our server was super friendly and a very good server!

I’ve become disappointed in Olive Garden’s service and food. I’m not sure if the training of their waiters has changed or they just don’t hold them to as high of a standard as before. When I attend Olive Garden, my drink cup normally stays empty. Also, on this last visit, I mentioned to the waiter that it was my son’s second birthday and we were there to celebrate. They never tried to upsell me a desert or even offer to sing to him.

Ordered soup (chicken gnocchi), salad, & breadsticks for take out. The order was ready on time & the employee that brought it to the car was very pleasant (even though it was raining). The soup & breadsticks were nice & warm. Everything was good.

Service is not the greatest. Been waited on 3 times by Lyndsey and I thought the first time was just a fluke, but it seems that’s just how she is. It’s never busy when I’ve gone. Yet, she is just very inattentive. I’ve had to ask other waiters to locate her because you won’t see her for 20-30 mins.

Can’t say anything positive except the wait or was amazing at trying to resolve all the shortcomings. Received very little sauce with one entree, served spouse half a glass of his ordered beer, had to compromise on the meat ordered with his build your pasta dish, and to finish it off. My daughters chicken was almost raw! All of this in one night at one table! Wow.. we won’t be going back. The waitor tried very hard to accommodate the poor quality of food and beverages.
