My husband loves spaghetti and meatballs and believes OG has the best. Me, I love the Tour of Italy which includes chicken Parmesan, noodles Alfredo and lasagna. Soup or salad? Give me Zuppa Toscano every time. Lots leftover and we’re eating it tonight!

Normally my experience is chef’s kiss at Olive Garden. Tonight things were amiss. The salad was disappointing with mostly chunks of pale lettuce centers, very little green, and the tomatoes were not ripe – hard with green centers. The kitchen errored on one of our meal requests. NOW FOR THE POSITIVE – Our waiter TATE was amazing, friendly, attentive – a pleasure at the end of a hectic day! Also big kudos to the kitchen guy who helped us with our order correction. I didn’t catch his name but he was dedicated to our needs! And the desserts were fabulous.

Had my wife pick up an order for me, while she was dining there with friends. A new entre, Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini.
Well, when she arrived home, the order was a bit lacking; noodles with just a tiny amount of sauce, and one good size spinach leaf. No steak tips, no shrimp. A few bits of tomato. Enjoyed the salad, glad we had dressing at home though, as the small cup that came with the salad was only about 1/4 full, had been leaking, so I tossed it. Butter and some pasta sauce made the noodles slightly better than no dinner.
Not the first time this location has disappointed.
Don’t see a return in my future..

My 6oz sirloin was cooked nicely, decent flavor. His stuffed chicken Marsala wasn’t to his liking. Stuffed cheeses was”tough as a boot” & he didn’t like the taste of it.

Wasn’t overly pleased. The food wasn’t bad overall, as in the taste. I placed an online order, with that said, I am looping atmosphere with service. I was not pleased with the service I received. I did not receive my order in the time promised on the app. Was 15 mins past the time they gave. The thing that really gets at me is I paid 9 dollars for a small bowl of Zuppa. When earlier today, literally same day same location, my friend ordered the Zuppa for 9 dollars and got a massive portion. They even provided a ladle with several bowls. Whereas I got one small bowl for that price. That’s absurd. That’s some crazy inconsistency as well as a wild price for a small bowl. No complaints with the chicken alfredo entree I got. Had I gotten a better portion of Zuppa for 9 dollars and faster service, I could have provided a better score.

I went with my husband for our anniversary dinner. I checked in online as we drove over so we could avoid the wait (about 5:30/6 pm). When we walked in, we got seated immediately. We were greeted by what I assume was a server assistant who got our app and drink order. The drinks and appetizers arrived promptly. At this point, a manager came over to drop breadsticks and see how we were doing. This manager then stayed on the floor for over 20 minutes, getting everything in order. He should be commended, as I rarely see management making as notable a positive effect as this man did. Faith then took our order and delivered the food promptly. She then helped us use the gift card we had as the tables kiosk was giving me issues.

The only thing that left a bitter taste in my mouth was seeing my server get double-seated with a party of 10 or more immediately before we were seated in her section. That is criminal. I would expect more care to be taken in seating to ensure that every table receives the wonderful, curated experience that Faith gave my husband and me. I only wish I could have tipped her more. She never stopped moving and never forgot about us. She needs a raise/recognition/ and a promotion.

Recently had catering from Olive Garden for an event. The food itself was great and everyone enjoyed it, but the order was missing several essential items. When I picked it up, there were no serving utensils, silverware, or plates included. I drove back to the restaurant to let them know, and they gave me a few items and sent me on my way — but once I got back to the event, I realized they still forgot the serving utensils again.

I called the restaurant to try to resolve the issue, and the manager I spoke with, Elle, was very dismissive and passive-aggressive about the situation. I wasn’t looking for anything unreasonable — just the items that should have come with the catering order so our guests could actually serve the food.

The food was great, but the experience surrounding the order and the response from management was really disappointing.

This is not my favorite restaurant. Every time we eat here, I always leave wishing I had eaten somewhere else. My Mom loves Olive Garden, but all she ever gets is soup and salad. Maybe I just need to stick with soup and salad or a simple pasta.

We just had the BEST experience at Olive Garden with our server Meena! We had a party of 17 and Meena provided THE BEST experience I have had in a very long time! When we got there she had our table all set up perfectly with salads and all the fixings! She was very attentive the entire meal! I absolutely cannot give her a high enough review!! She even went above and beyond to get us a great group photo to capture our special get together to celebrate the resurrection!! Outstanding job Meena!! Keep up the great service!

We went there for a birthday party with 14 people and we all had the most disgusting meal we’ve ever had at Olive Garden .I ordered tortellini, the noodles had to have cooked an hour prior, they were so dried out and hard I basically could not eat my meal. We will never patronize them again.
