We had an absolutely wonderful experience! I’m honestly sorry that the review below mine paints such a different picture. This is a brand-new spot in our area, and some folks can be a little… extra.
Our waitress was fantastic warm, attentive, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was delicious, and I’m excited for more people to give this place a try.
Every new business has a few wrinkles to iron out, so let’s give them time to grow. And as for the comment under mine… feel free to ignore that nonsense.

Husband I got to enjoy the soft opening here. Everyone was so attentive and even though they were training they were all very profesional. Our waitress, Ashlynn Malone, was nervous but never stopped smiling and if she didn’t know an answer to something she was right in it to find out.
Food was good and hot. Could have had a little more dressing in the salad. My only complaint and it wasn’t enough of one to ask them to make it better.
The restaurant was nicely decorated and felt warm and welcoming.

Ordered steak (medium well and medium) to go, both steaks were raw after we got home and cut into both. Called store but went back to the store after 15 minutes on hold, manager was busy. Very nice, to-go staff were nice as well and the manager tried to make up for it. Too many bad experiences with ordering anything steak at Olive Garden in the past so will order other next time(?). It happens and they just opened but an hour later it kinda dampers the evening.

As soon as we walked in girl who greated us had a bad attitude. Server was great, got a giant hair in our chicken Alfredo, we’re not great at accommodating and only offered a new one to go. They did not tell us that we had to pay for the one to go until we had already said yes. Lost our appetite.

I’m going to start off this review by saying I do not have any family members or friends that work at this particular Olive Garden. I know someone had said that all the good reviews are from family and friends of people who are working at this Olive Garden. When we first came in we were immediately greeted and sat. My fiance and I were expecting a little bit of a wait time, but we were pleasantly surprised when there was none, I don’t remember her server’s name but she was really nice. Took the time to make sure we were happy with our food and kept checking on us regularly. Food was steaming hot and it was really delicious, we were really happy with the service, we can’t wait to visit again!

Prior to driving to Olive Garden, we joined the online wait list, which was a great choice. We got in immediately upon arrival despite a long line to get in.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and attentiveness of our service, especially on such a busy night. The lobby was packed the whole time we were there. But the food came out quickly, tasted like normal Olive Garden food (nothing exceptional), and our servers made sure our drinks were filled and our table was not cluttered.
Definitely a million times better than Fayetteville’s Olive Garden!

My wife and I got to experience OG on their training weekend for friends and family, I’m not much of a pasta eater, so I have never been to any OG restaurants.
Yes we got to eat free thanks to a friends invite, but we also enjoyed our dinner and waitress so much that we gave her a generous tip.
They did an awesome job! even though they were packed during our visit, kudos to our waitress Tru and OG for the wonderful experience.

First of all I want to say that I am not family or friends of anyone at this Olive Garden as someone said the positive reviews are all friend or family. This was by far the BEST Olive Garden my family has ever ate at and my goodness is it absolutely beautiful inside. Our waitress was very friendly even under pressure with how busy it was, we were sat very timely and everything was served timely. The food was hot and delicious and we never once went without a refill. Everyone there was doing an awesome job and we will definitely be going back.

What a disaster! We came here on NYE to celebrate my birthday. We were seated quickly. It took 45 minutes to get a drink. The waitress kept apologizing and checking in with the bartender but nothing. Finally I mentioned it to a manager. Manager said they would gladly comp our drinks due to the wait. When the bill came it took the waitress and manager over 30 minutes to figure out how to comp the drink, process a gift card and a debit card for the remainder. I understand technology can be a hassle but this was absurd. A terrible experience. We came here for the friends and family opening and the experience was stellar, but not sure if we will be back.
