This review is of the Olive Garden in Cabot. First, let me say that I was the payer of a party of 6, 5 adults and a child, NONE of us EVER INTEND TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
It took the waitress over 20 minutes to bring the drinks to the table, 2 tea, a lemonade, 2 Dr. Peppers, Coke, nothing crazy just regular drinks.
Half of the group arrived ahead of the vehicle we were in. The bread sticks were already gone when we sat down.
Until that day, salad and bread sticks were always an understood part of the ordered entree. But the waitress kept asking each of us if we were going to be eating “salad” and if we wanted more bread sticks!!?! WTH??
Four adults ordered the same thing, Chicken Alfredo, one got Cheese Ravioli. The Chicken Alfredo plates were so dry it was ridiculous. There was a large half a chicken breast sliced across the top of the pasta, yes, but the chef was so stingy with the sauce that there was not enough of it to wet the pasta, much less to be able to stir it all together in the sauce. The noodles were dry, stuck together, barely warm, very firm, BLAND, totally without any flavor and unappetizing to all 4 of us to eat.
The server who brought us our dinner plates, lost control of her Parmigiana grinder. It almost hit a guest at a table as it hit the floor and broke in two pieces. She told us that she had to get another grinder and then she would be right back to Parmesan Cheese top our food…..
That was 2 weeks ago, she may still be looking for a grinder. We haven’t seen her since she left.
Getting more bread and our glasses refilled turned into a comedy of the absurd trying to flag down our waitress, and then hoping that she would return with something we had asked her for.
Being a Southern Woman, we have a sayin’ about folks like our waitress… “Bless her heart….”.
We never got any ice in our drinks added.
None of us ate more than a few forks of the food. It went into To Go boxes, which went into the trash a few days later.
The bill arrived with a case of indigestion for me to the tune of $145.00!! Totally outrageous for the terrible service and the stingy amount of sauce put on pasta. Everybody knows that cooked Pasta will soak in sauce! Each plate should have been swimming in Alfredo sauce!
If you are craving Italian food in Cabot, get a frozen dinner or go somewhere else, but skip Olive Garden!!

Went to this location for lunch today and had the ziti with a soup and salad. Everything was great! The breadsticks were fresh and hot! The food was all cooked perfectly and our server, Brad, was awesome! He was very attentive and kind. This is the best location in central AR.

Olive Garden is a place we’ve been watching closely since it first opened. For the longest time, the parking lot was consistently packed, which made us hesitant to deal with what we assumed would be a long wait. We finally decided to give it a try on a slower weekday evening, and it turned out to be a great decision. The wait for a table for two was only a few minutes, and once seated, everything moved quickly. Drinks, breadsticks, and soup arrived almost immediately, which set a good tone for the rest of the meal. The food itself was hot, flavorful, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving something comforting. We ordered the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo along with the weekday soup and salad special, and the portions were generous enough that we were able to take home a small box for lunch the next day. Pricing felt reasonable by today’s standards, about $39 total with tip for two people. While lower prices would always be welcome, the overall experience, food quality, and portion sizes made it a genuinely good night out, and one we’d happily repeat.

Everything was wonderful. Our waitress Lily is great at her job! She is working toward going back to school for her RN degree, she has her LPN. The food is fantastic, the service is spot on and you can tell that the people working here enjoy their jobs. Management is engaged with the guests and the staff. It’s truly genuine and nothing is forced as some restaurants. They all genuinely care about each other and the guests. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy and casual all at the same time. I highly recommend The Olive Garden in Cabot, AR over any other location. Please ask for Lily as your waitress. You will be so glad that you did! Thank you Lily, Heaven, Jacob and Brock. This was the best experience for my friend and I.

We went there about 02:15 on Valentines day. Parked across from the door and walked right to a table. The service was fast. My wife had the salad and bread sticks. I had soup and a seafood entry. The soup and salad served within 2 minutes. My plate was there before I was 1/4 into the soup. The tirimusi was good too.

Seresa.. Olive Garden in Cabot!
This is the best waitress we have had in years!
I’ve eaten all over the US & some other countries, I can’t think of any waitress that tops her. She should be training waitresses..

Walked in for early dinner the place was practically empty three couples walked out and we still didn’t get seated. The manager was the host with zero explanation. So we went to Morninas. Olive Garden wake up and have your hosts learn the simple skill of communication. Photos of the parking lot with certificate of occupancy of 248.

At first we were a bit skeptic bcsuse when we walked in we were not greeted by neither of the two behind the counter. The girl who sat us did not greet or ask “how many in your party” i initiated by saying, “There are two of us”.
Things got much better as we were greeted by a bubbly server shortly after sitting down. Our server was Abby. She was an absolute doll. Very friendly, attentive, and thorough. Cute sense of humor. Thank you, Abby for making our dining experience enjoyable and positive.

Went in a group of 9. They dedicated two servers to our group. Holiday weekend, so figured they’d be crowded and worn out. Could not have been more wrong. Waited a few minutes for the table. Service was GREAT! Waitresses were on the spot, very polite, helped with wine selection, very polite. Food was ready in a reasonable time, and good. My salmon was cooked correctly, everyone else was happy with theirs. Very happy with our large group on a holiday weekend experience.
