Had lunch at Olive Garden and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh, and even the water tasted great thanks to their filter system—no hint of that usual Shreveport muddy river water taste. From salad to the main course, everything was served fresh. Our waitress was quite busy but still did an excellent job.

This was my favorite restaurant, but this stouter drive location has been going down hill. And if you order ToGo food then forget it, the portion sizes are 1/2 of what you get in the restaurant. I have gone in the restaurant and ordered fettuccine and then immediately put it in the Togo container, it won’t all fit. But if you order it Togo then the containers are half full or less. In your attempt to maximize profits you’ve lost a loyal customer. I just bought $80 worth of 40% full containers. Never again!!

Food has improved from the last time I ate there. The menu has been updated. I had soup and salad and it was delicious. My friends ordered a new dish from the menu and really enjoyed it. Our server was ok but we all had to repeat what we wanted several times..I think she was a new hire. All and all it was a good experience.

We go several times a year, went on dec 4 for lunch. We had a waitress named Tanisha. If you go during the day, ask for her. She just marked her 20th year there. Absolutely best server we have ever dealt with. Very attentive, did not let our tea glasses ever run empty. The food was great and the entire staff was focused on customer service more than I have ever seen there.

Food was On Point. Chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken carabonna. Delicious. Our waitress was awesome. My daughter Oakley drew a picture for the staff. Very awesome experience. We look forward to coming back.

The store is easy to get to, right on YoureeDr. Eat lunch and go shopping at the many stores in the area !

Stopped here over the weekend.
The restaurant was not very busy. The floors were clean, and the tables were ready for customers. I really didn’t want to get an appetizer so I could enjoy the breadsticks and salad. I selected the never-ending pasta bowl but was only able to eat 1 serving. I went with the rigatoni and five cheese marinara. I also had to get the Italian margarita. So good! Unfortunately, I didn’t have room for dessert. Maybe next time.
The waitress was very friendly and patient with a smile on her face and ready to serve. The food (especially the breadsticks) was fresh and hot when it arrived at the table.
