The 4 stars is not a reflection on Ona, our server. She smiled the entire time, checked on us frequently and is very good at her job.
It isn’t a reflection on my wife’s shrimp or the cleanliness. Or the salad and bread.
It is a reflection on the person that seated us. Never said a word except for, is this ok? Laid the menu on the table and walked away.
I ordered the 6 inch sirloin, medium well. It was well done on one end and oozing red liquid on the other end. I could have lived with that, but it was so tough. Chew and chew and chew. Finally you have to swallow or spit it out.
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but fix these 2 things and we’ll be back.

Olive Garden really delivered an unforgettable experience. The tableside salad tossing was hands down the highlight. Confident, thorough, and done with just the right amount of flair. Watching it come together right in front of us was oddly mesmerizing and felt very… personal. Crisp, well-dressed, and tossed to perfection. Honestly, I’ll be thinking about that salad for a while. Best experience I’ve had there yet. ✨

I absolutely love Olive Garden, and this location did excellent hosting a large group of my friends and I for dinner. The service was amazing, the food was scrumptious, and the attention to detail with serving the food and making our experience amazing was really neat. Keep up the great work here, folks! You all are doing an excellent job!

The restaurant didn’t seem that busy, at least, in our section. There were 4 in our party. The waitress was very friendly and knowledge. We ordered appetizers along with our drinks. The waitress asked if we wanted to try the dipping sauces for the bread sticks, it was an extra charge so we declined. So the waitress went to go put in the appetizer order, get our drinks and bread sticks. In the meantime we changed our mind on the sauces. She brought the beverages and sticks right away. she took our main course order, We apologized and asked if we could get the stick dipping sauces after all. and started devouring the yummy bread sticks. After a while she brought out our salad, appetizer and the dipping sauces. The sticks were long gone so we asked for more. After a little longer while than last the time she brought another basket of them. Then went back to the kitchen and immediately brought our main course meals. Asked if things look good, and they did, so she left us to enjoy. It didn’t take us long to realize we all only had 1 bread stick each to try the sauces(which were now cold) and for our meal. But figured the waitress would be back shortly to check if things were good. Well, if she was giving us privacy she was doing a great job. When she did come back she had drink refills for us all, and asked if we needed boxes. I did, and asked for a couple bread sticks to take home as well. Two of our party had the endless pasta bowls which had been empty for some time. They would’ve most definitely got another dish, before having to wait while the pasta did it’s work in their tummy… so They just asked for a serving to take home. She noticed the dipping sauces were hardly touched and asked if we liked them. Then you could see her putting it all together. We didn’t try very much of the sauces because we didn’t have any thing to dip. And haven’t since she brought the meal and left. What I had was great, shrimp Alfredo, besides only having half a bread stick to enjoy with it.
3 bites of the stick were wasted on the dipping sauces. Lol for everyone’s information one sauce was too salty, one sauce was too greasy,, and the last one must’ve just been the other two mixed together, salty and greasy. Lol
We didn’t complain, and still left a very nice tip. That’s just who we are. Maybe her not being able to check on usn often was out of her control? I know when I’m slow at work, my boss always finds me some “good” jobs that need done.

Food wasn’t the best I’ve had. Usually the food is amazing. This last time I was highly disappointed. I won’t be going back to this location.

Just a little long of a wait at first both to get a table and the initial waitress greeting (maybe I was already hangry) but once it got rolling the service was great as well as the food!

We picked up a catering order. It was complete hot and tasty. No points for atmosphere because we never went inside. Over all a very nice experience.

I had a lovely time at Olive garden. I used the restroom to wash my hand only to find out that the men’s restroom lacks any hot water even after waiting nearly 2 minutes. Once I got settled into my booth, which I should have instructed them to set me in the bar area which has better lighting. I think that was my fault for the poor seating area. I would suggest management pull all the napkins and replace them with new ones. The napkins have the lingering smell of old grease. Linen’s age in restaurant industry they tend to hold on to that smell of nasty grease and once they reach that level they should be replaced. I really enjoy the house salad and the bread sticks. The never-ending salad soup and breadsticks is one of the best things that I enjoy. I prefer the chicken gnocchi soup before any other soup as I have tried them all. The cost of tea has really riven to the point that it cost 25% of a main entree. The profit margin on selling t is quite high these days. If the guy selling the 99 cent Arizona iced tea can keep his prices then Olive garden can lower the price of their tea.
The survey asked me a number of question which should have been a given for Olive garden. One of the question was, was there a manager in the dining area. We found no such manager which is kind of sad because normally most managers will swing by everyone’s table at least once in a great while.

Our server in Salina, KS went above and beyond in service for us! I ordered the wrong thing, and he corrected it for me. I accidentally ordered the build your own pasta, and I wanted the never ending Soup and pasta.
He made sure he kept our drinks and bread sticks filled. He was so polite. He was very kind also, to us! I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately. Thank You! We were there on October 8th, 2025, around 3:30 pm.
