Had a really nice dinner at Olive Garden tonight. Everything we ordered was great. The appetizer (Lasagna Fritta) was absolutely amazing — crispy on the outside and full of flavor with the sauce on top. Definitely a must-try
The soups were also really good and comforting, and the entrées were delicious and filling. The pasta dishes were pretty good.
I also tried the strawberry lemonade and really enjoyed it, refreshing and not overly sweet.
Our waiter Andy was kind, polite, and attentive throughout the meal which made the experience even better.
Overall it was a great visit and I’d definitely come back again.

This is so poorly managed. The restaurant is empty yet the hostess is making people wait 10-15min to be seated. The restaurant simply doesnt have the staff. Its not even busy in here either. N then jip on the sauce. This dish it $23 alone. Jesus christ

Came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, got seated right away. Our waiter Ty was fantastic! Despite his section being completely full, he took fantastic care of us. Always attentive and always checking on us. A great experience all around!

Food was good. Love going to Olive Garden at least once a year. Missed it on my birthday. I think the host or hostesses need to pay more attention when seating. We were seated, but they didn’t assign a waiter or waitress. Manger handled, that’s why they get 4 instead of 3.

Do not order to go from Olive Garden in Derby on any holiday. They had orders waiting over 50 minutes. Ours included, we would have been able to eat in there and left prior to getting our order to go. Food wasn’t hot when received. We and many others received a $50 gift card as a “sorry”. Management and staff wasn’t worried about orders getting out. Staff was gabbing. Management was trying to get shift changed. We spent over 70 on food. Bought breadsticks extra pasta and everything. Breadsticks burnt. Food cold beside the top one. Salad on the very bottom. Very disappointed. Wish they had just turned off the to go since they were so back up because of over 1000 to go orders and 800 seated orders.

We had dinner and we’re sorely disappointed. I had the Calabrian steak and shrimp bucatini my wife had the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Both were not very flavorful . The service was adequate but not the best. I had to ask to have my water and tea refilled multiple times. I also ordered a side of a bowl of alfredo sauce to dip my bread sticks in and they brought me a huge bowl with about 4 tablespoons of sauce. I don’t know what I was expecting, but they definitely disappointed. Wouldn’t go back to this Olive Garden based on this visit.

My little loves olive garden. Its called rhe noddle restaurant and if we could he would’ve used go every week. It’s kid friendly and rhe meal portions are great sizes. We have always had great customer service when we go.

We drove in for an event and wanted to get some food that we were familiar with to make things easy for some downtime we had. Things started out okay, waitress was attentive and got us our drinks, salad, soup and breadstick fairly quickly. Unfortunately after that it wasn’t down hill. Initially a tray of drinks showed up but it wasn’t for our table. When our food arrived ; one order was missing shrimp and another order was completely wrong. We advised our waitress about it and repeated what the order should’ve been and she took the wrong order away. The replacement plate of food arrived but it was incorrect again. At this point we just told her to remove what was supposed to com, off the bill and just disregard bringing any other replacement orders. We had ask for refills of water and they never came. Another bowl of soup was requested and it never arrived also. Around 15 more minutes passed after just asking for a cup of water and no water had been brought. After we had paid the waitress came back and offered us a few chocolate mints. At the very least for the lackluster service an apology would’ve been appreciated since one of the people in our group didn’t even get an entree and another sat with an empty cup of water for over 40 minutes even after requesting a refill multiple times. Only to be responded with “Kay”. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this location !

Came for breadsticks, got performance anxiety. I think the manager’s name started with an H and I swear she was staring at me the whole time. The pressure got to me and I dropped my breadsticks. Food was fine though.
