What I got instead was a bowl of soup with hair cooked into it, like it was part of the recipe. Nothing says “authentic Italian dining” like chewing on someone’s DNA and having to pull it out of your mouth mid-bite.
I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant that charges real money can’t manage the bare minimum: keep your employees’ body hair out of my food. I didn’t order the “Chicken & Gnocchi with a side of scalp seasoning.”
The fact that this was a to-go order makes it even worse. This wasn’t an accident at my table — this was packaged up, sent out, and handed to me like it was totally acceptable. Meaning somebody saw it, didn’t care, and served it anyway.
Absolutely revolting. I didn’t pay for lunch… I paid for a hygiene violation, and was forced to floss mid meal.
If you’re craving Olive Garden, just boil some chicken broth and drop a hairbrush in it. Same experience.
Like I said in the phone, I won’t be asking for a refund but Never again.
Unfortunately, our experience was anything BUT pleasant. We ordered pickup, and we were a few minutes early (I’m saying this so you know it’s not our fault regarding the rest of this review) and we only live 3 minutes from this location. That said, when we got home and were ready to sink our teeth into some delicious pasta, breadsticks & spinach dip we were devastatingly underwhelmed.
The breadsticks were stale, chewy and tasted as if they’d been either left under a heat lamp all day, or tossed in a microwave and bagged. The steak and shrimp pasta I ate had random cold spots in it, and the steak was tough & chewy. My wife’s manicotti was cold, not even heated (remember we live 3 minutes from this location & were early for pickup) and rather than cheese, it tasted almost as if it had Yogurt on it? That could be her taste buds, but I tasted something similar. The spinach dip was delicious, thoroughly heated and had good flavor. No complaints on the dip, and quite frankly, it’s the only reason I’m giving a 2 star over a 1.
All in all, for being a new location I expected the meal to be much better. I truly believe the rumors are true – Olive Garden is becoming the ‘fast food’ of Italian. I would love to try this location again, but I’m not certain we will be doing so. $65 NOT well spent.
New restaurant, the waitress said 8 months open.

The server did pretty good taking out order, but that was really it. He was nice and interacted with the kids but wasnt that present. Did not refill breaks or even ask to refill. Did not take one plate, salad bowl and plates and bread stick basket was just stacked there, never taken. It was difficult with a full take of food plus those.
The breadstucks were a little overcooked.
Our meals were Luke warm, like they sat there for a while before they were brought to us.
We asked for napkins, never received them. After we paid on the tablet we sta there for 10 or so minutes waiting for the server to come back so we could get boxes.
I had to find the server to ask for boxes, and then he didnt bring them for 15 or so minutes after that and had to be asked again. We had 3 boxes and 2 cups to go, plus the kids smoothies, did not bring a bag to carry it out or ask.
All in all, im pretty disappointed for the nearly $100 we spent.
