My rating is for the waitlist/lack of waitlist order. The food was fine and my son‘s tour of Italy is always delicious. The pizza taste fine, but my kid has an affinity for chain store pizza. Back to the waitlist, when I Joined the waitlist I was quoted 5 to 10 minutes. I arrived within that window for my family of five. I checked in with the link that was texted to me upon arrival. After 20 minutes of being the “next” group. I checked in with the hostess. She stated that since we have a party of five, we are waiting for a larger table. I understood but after waiting for 40 minutes total we finally were called. Once we reached the hostess. She said that we have a table, but there are still a few people in front of us. After 45 minutes of waiting, we sat down at our table for FOUR people with one chair on the end. We ordered our food and as it was coming out, our Waitress apologized for being sat at such a small table. This might be petty, but if you’re going to have me wait for a large table, then give me a large table. If we are going to sit at a small table then why make us wait? Food was good!

I ordered Olive Garden’s Chicken & Gnocchi soup online to-go because I wanted something warm and comforting.

What I got instead was a bowl of soup with hair cooked into it, like it was part of the recipe. Nothing says “authentic Italian dining” like chewing on someone’s DNA and having to pull it out of your mouth mid-bite.

I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant that charges real money can’t manage the bare minimum: keep your employees’ body hair out of my food. I didn’t order the “Chicken & Gnocchi with a side of scalp seasoning.”

The fact that this was a to-go order makes it even worse. This wasn’t an accident at my table — this was packaged up, sent out, and handed to me like it was totally acceptable. Meaning somebody saw it, didn’t care, and served it anyway.

Absolutely revolting. I didn’t pay for lunch… I paid for a hygiene violation, and was forced to floss mid meal.

If you’re craving Olive Garden, just boil some chicken broth and drop a hairbrush in it. Same experience.

Like I said in the phone, I won’t be asking for a refund but Never again.

Let me start by saying this: it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to an Olive Garden. I used to thoroughly enjoy Olive Garden, so when this one opened close to my house, we decided to enjoy some Olive Garden like the old times! Well… we thought we’d “enjoy” it anyways.

Unfortunately, our experience was anything BUT pleasant. We ordered pickup, and we were a few minutes early (I’m saying this so you know it’s not our fault regarding the rest of this review) and we only live 3 minutes from this location. That said, when we got home and were ready to sink our teeth into some delicious pasta, breadsticks & spinach dip we were devastatingly underwhelmed.

The breadsticks were stale, chewy and tasted as if they’d been either left under a heat lamp all day, or tossed in a microwave and bagged. The steak and shrimp pasta I ate had random cold spots in it, and the steak was tough & chewy. My wife’s manicotti was cold, not even heated (remember we live 3 minutes from this location & were early for pickup) and rather than cheese, it tasted almost as if it had Yogurt on it? That could be her taste buds, but I tasted something similar. The spinach dip was delicious, thoroughly heated and had good flavor. No complaints on the dip, and quite frankly, it’s the only reason I’m giving a 2 star over a 1.

All in all, for being a new location I expected the meal to be much better. I truly believe the rumors are true – Olive Garden is becoming the ‘fast food’ of Italian. I would love to try this location again, but I’m not certain we will be doing so. $65 NOT well spent.

Been a while since I’ve gone to Olive Garden and decided to try the new location. It was quite busy and loud but we didn’t have to wait for a table. They were out of the artichoke dip so we ended up with the Stuffed Ziti Fritta and they were very good. They were nice and crispy and a good change of pace. I’d probably choose them again over the spinach dip. The Chicken Tortelloni was inviting and filling. I wasn’t able to finish it. The salad and breadsticks were good, but the breadsticks could have been less hard.

My boyfriend and i went for dinner last night, and it was all amazing! We had Cayden as our waiter, very kind and attentive! I got the rayoli soup ( it’s my favorite, amazing every time!) and my love got the salad, he loved his too. Delicious breadsticks and mozzarella sticks as always! I used to not be sure about olive garden but this location has quickly changed my mind and convinced me olive garden cares about its customers and they make sure you leave happy and full, every time! I also love the vibe in there! It’s just so cozy in the booths!! Thank you so much for giving us a new favorite place!

I enjoyed the bread sticks and the soup. My seafood Alfredo I was not impressed with. It was very plain no flavor couldn’t taste any of the herbs. But my husband and mom enjoyed their food. My 3 year old barely touched her food. The server was really nice she was kind and patient.

Noah, was our server he was fantastic. Very attentive. My tea glass never went empty and we always had breadsticks on the table without asking. The food was out before we even finished our salad and it tasted amazing

Been to this Olive Garden several times since opening last summer, when we entered the hostess seated us quickly in a section with NO other customers, I looked at my phone time when seated 2:43pm we looked at the menu quick new what we wanted, 11 minutes later still no server, I went and asked the hostess if our server was over whelmed, she went and got our server, The Hostess seated us or who ever apparently did not value our service. We still ate, food was good. I could have left, but the other Olive Garden was much farther distance, I just wish the employees would be better like it was them being served.

When we got there, we are seated right away which was great. They got us a highchair and made sure it would work for the kids.
The server did pretty good taking out order, but that was really it. He was nice and interacted with the kids but wasnt that present. Did not refill breaks or even ask to refill. Did not take one plate, salad bowl and plates and bread stick basket was just stacked there, never taken. It was difficult with a full take of food plus those.
The breadstucks were a little overcooked.
Our meals were Luke warm, like they sat there for a while before they were brought to us.
We asked for napkins, never received them. After we paid on the tablet we sta there for 10 or so minutes waiting for the server to come back so we could get boxes.
I had to find the server to ask for boxes, and then he didnt bring them for 15 or so minutes after that and had to be asked again. We had 3 boxes and 2 cups to go, plus the kids smoothies, did not bring a bag to carry it out or ask.
All in all, im pretty disappointed for the nearly $100 we spent.
