Never ending? more like never started.
I used to love Olive Garden and my fiancée and I were so excited to come back here.
We came on a friday night and were seated very quickly, about a 5-10minute wait. We got our drink order in as soon as we were seated and got our waters quickly as well.
We ordered the 5 cheese ziti with never ending soup and the chicken alfredo with never ending pasta. First of all, why is the chicken alfredo $20.69???? It took roughly 17minutes for our soup, salad, and breadsticks to come out. Problem was we had no silverware. We requested silverware on three separate occasions and took a total of 27 minutes for us to get our silverware from the first request. Our server also did not fill our waters a single time throughout the dinner so we were extremely parched. My fiancée asked for another bowl of never ending soup two separate times as well and it took 34 minutes for that bowl of soup to come out.
As for the food, both of our entrees were cold by the time we could eat them since we were waiting so long on silverware. The chicken alfredo has been one of my favorite meals since I was a kid, but it was much smaller than it used to be just a year ago and it was actually disgusting. There wasn’t very much sauce. The chicken was slightly pink as well and I’m hoping it wasn’t raw. The soup was decent and the salad was okay; however, by the time we could eat it the lettuce was all soaked in the dressing and soggy. The breadsticks were also definitely not fresh, a little cold, and hard.
Overall, the service was absolutely abysmal and the food was not how it used to be definitely a step down in quality. However, I will say the table right next to us was receiving AMAZING service really wished we had their server. He was very attentive to them and even comped some of their meals due to the wait being long. The complete opposite of our experience.
Will not be returning to this location.

I usually have a decent experience here and sometimes a wonderful experience. I don’t know what happened today but the food was burnt and extremely oily, we didn’t get offered drink or salad refills until we had paid and were about to leave. They weren’t very busy and seemed to have a lot of staff so the poor experience doesn’t make sense. I asked my waitress if the pasta is usually burnt and that oily and she said oh, not normally and walked away.

I ordered a $20 lasagna and this is what I got..
my order was curbside pickup, I arrived 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes. I asked for utensils and they weren’t in my bag. Very disappointed, we usually have good experiences with this Olive Garden.

After sitting and waiting for 20 minutes (I think the new hostess forgot to inform the server) I was served moldy broccoli, the server tried to tell me it wasn’t moldy…. Um honey im a grown up, I know what moldy broccoli looks like. After a manager was brought in she offered to bring more broccoli, of course I said no thanks, then I was charged the entire price for the moldy food they served me. Wow I’m so surprised, it was also super salty but I didn’t say anything. The food I ordered was only chicken and broccoli, as a restaurant owner my mind is blown, I’m pretty easy to please but some things are just unacceptable. I did not feel valued as a customer. I worked Olive Garden in my younger days, and I’m just really surprised at this experience.

Service was horrible. Most of us (4 total) got the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks (one entree) so not sure how it took 45 min to get a bowl of soup long after the entree was served. Repeatedly asked for refills and more breadsticks. She kept forgetting. Saying she was busy with her one other table. We went home hungry. We have a long drive home so decided to use the restroom on my way out. Sat down and was disgusting at what I seen. Got right up and took some pics for documentation of how they don’t clean and sanitize the restrooms. I felt nasty the whole ride home and showered as soon as we walked in. Tried to speak to a manager but apparently they were too busy also. Took my birthday dessert home and enjoyed it stress free. After my shower.

Family came into town for the Archery Show Me Games and we chose to go to Olive Garden after. From the start we notified them we had 7 and a child 9 months. We were told it would be a 10 min. wait. As the lobby was over full (and many small groups with empty tables). About 25 min. later we were asked to go to our table. The server was slow to assist us. And it took almost 30 min to get our drinks, salad, and incredibly stale hard breadsticks and the baby was still being held as well were told there was no high chairs avaliable. Speed forward to the order arriving. Two plates of fettuccine with dried noodles and cold sauce (as you could tell it had been sitting for some time). Another plate was noodles and sauce with meatballs, and I am not exaggerating when I say there was literally a tablespoon of sauce on the dish. Breadsticks and sauce were asked for however never came, as was the same with my main course which was the minestrone soup. (Make note we were also told we had two servers assisting us) we did not get asked for refills, we had to request them, a beer was spilt over the top of the baby and onto my fathers dinner. With no offer to replace the meal or apology AND charged for the beer to be replaced. To say this was one of the worst dining experiences ever would be putting it nicely, we definitely will not return. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Genevieve, name tags are appropriate. No, “I don’t get out to eat often,” thus the meaningfulness. Making fool of me, a paying, now reviewing customer at special occasion witnessed by fifteen people at my table. For yourself, have better judgment of words in respecting customers, especially amongst their family. I didn’t appreciate your attempted humor, not funny hurtful, revealing and sad. Comparable to Fazolies only more expensive.

The girl who was waiting outside with to go food complimented my wife’s dress and the table next to us complimented how good my wife looked for someone who is 34 weeks pregnant!
