This place is the filthyist Olive garden that I have ever been to. We are truck drivers and have been to many locations across the country. I noticed that the entry door glass was very dirty as I came in. The server was pleasant but was not very attentive. I waiting a long time and even pressed the call server button that was flashing red. Still nothing, she never returned. I was calling her to tell her that she only charged me for a side of Lasagna and not the 2 soup and salad meals. I got tired of waiting and paid my bill and left. The manager should be fired for allowing the business to be so dirty. Cleaning should be a priority all day long. The device on the table was disgusting dirty that I didn’t even want to touch it.

Our waitress literally ruined the birthday party with her extremely BAD attitude. She ignored/’forgot’ request, had an unpleasant demeanor, was snappy – especially after the being asked on at least 3 times for the same thing and still not bringing it. [Have you ever had a dinning experience where it felt like the waiter/ess didn’t like you?!! SO MUCH THAT IT EFFECTS THE MEAL AND ATMOSPHERE!!!]

Olive Garden is one of our favorites and we really wanted a nice dinner after our movie. We were going to go before but knew that we wouldn’t have time so we decided to go after since they were open till 11.
We got there at 9:45. We thought that would be a polite time and wouldn’t have to rush before they closed.
It was a little bit of a wait for a table as I think most of the servers had already clocked off work.
Our waiter was extremely nice and polite but service was a little slow. We were seated before another couple.. and they had already gotten their drinks, salads and appetizers before we had even gotten our waters and placed an order.
Our waters were spilled while coming to our table, no biggie but took quite a while before we got new ones. I got the never ending salad and soup but it took quite some time to get the soup. By the time I got my 2nd bowl, it was 10:51 & I knew we didn’t have time. I ate very fast and didn’t get to finish a lot due to the restaurant closing. We didn’t wanna be rude and make the staff stay late on our behalf but also thought 9:45 was enough time for soup and salad.
I think we just made the mistake of coming so late which is probably our fault. There was quite a bit of trash and food on the floors and just felt rushed & not attended to enough. But everyone has off days.

Completely understaffed, so won’t fill the empty booths. From 45 minutes to an hour wait for a table of 3.
The hostesses and waitresses have terrible attitudes and are extremely lazy. Hostesses don’t even try to be nice. Waitresses don’t want to do their jobs and make you wait for even drinks after your long wait for a table. So understaffed that the waitress had to bartend too.
The food was warm, not hot, and the shrimp in my shrimp scampi was overcooked.

Feeling like italian, we decided to try Olive Garden.
The wait was extremely long even though the restaurant was not busy. When we finally were seated, the wait staff came out within a reasonable time to take our drink order. Within a few minutes, our waitress came out to take our food order. The salad came out within a reasonable time & was great that they gave us time to enjoy it before the entree came out.
We had a simple request for breadsticks without the butter coating & our friendly waitress obliged. They came out nice and hot.
The meal was wonderful & the service was very good.

As a person with a disability & uses a wheelchair, I found it difficult to enter & exit. There’s 2 sets of double doors that i had to open manually. If it weren’t for other patrons that opened the doors for me, it would have been almost impossible to exit on my own. The restrooms are located by the waiting area. It was really hard to maneuver & get into the restroom. This evening was pretty busy so that really made it hard to move around & find somewhere to wait on a table without being in the way. Please look at this & see if any corrections can be made. Thank you. P.S the service & our waitress were top notch.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hostess, who put our name down and told us it would be about fifteen minutes. A handful of people left while we were waiting, and soon enough we were seated. There were three other occupied tables, and a couple tables looked like they were in the process of being bussed. A bit later our waitress took our drink order, and when she came back, we have her our lunch order. Salad and bread sticks were lovely, and the entrées were fresh and hot. Our waitress waited on another table nearby, then took over cleaning the unfinished bussed table across from us. She didn’t visit us again till we were finishing up, and thanked us for stopping in.
No one was impolite or unprofessional, though they seemed distracted, maybe just an off day.

Love this place. Bottomless soup salad and breadsticks for less than 10 dollars during lunch. You can’t beat it, plus tastes amazing.

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at an Olive Garden in my life! We waited forever for our appetizer, breadsticks, salad, and soup. Our drinks arrived long before anything else did and it took over 30 minutes for the appetizer and starters to arrive. Our server disappeared almost immediately after our main course was finally delivered and we did not see her again the rest of the evening. Once we were finished, the GM came to our table to ask if we needed boxes and a bag, to which we said yes.
Then came the issue with the stupid Ziosk. I was paying with a digital gift card and there is no way to actually use the digital gift card at a Ziosk. Tapping my phone to the tap-to-pay thing ended up causing it to attempt to pull from my debit card and not the gift card. It , again, took forever to get anyone to come over to the table to help us and we were about ready to dine and dash when the GM came back over to help us.
The only positive highlight of the evening was the new Desert Pear Limonata drinks. Everything else was mediocre at best.

It was an excellent date night the waiter was very friendly and made our drinks deliciously we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly the food was delicious although my pasta didn’t have any spinach in it I didn’t complain it was a late night and I was just happy to see that they were open. 8 out of 10 for sure.
