Very nice place to have lunch.
The service was pretty great. The server was very attentive and I didn’t have to ask for refills on anything. My food came out pretty quick and was hot. The lunch portion of lasagna was the perfect size to go along with the soup and bread sticks.

I went to Olive Garden yesterday for the first time since 2024. My experience with everything was amazing. I don’t usually write reviews but I can’t stop thinking about how delicious my chicken, shrimp and broccoli alfredo was. My waitress was so kind and beautiful. A male waitress brought my food out and he was so entertaining and funny. He made the experience so fun and enjoyable. The bread sticks were amazing and the salad is top tier.
The reason I haven’t been since 2024 is because my experience with the food wasn’t the best. I’ve had Olive Garden multiple times and it was always good except when I had it two years ago. I had shrimp alfredo and it was so bland and dry even salt or black pepper didn’t help it. I would assume the cooks weren’t really trying because it was pretty late but it’s such a basic dish.
My opinion has definitely changed though. I will definitely be going back and it’ll be soon.

My husband and went to dinner after church. The service was great, like I love olive garden. I got the stuffed chicken marsala. Well I didn’t finish and took it home fir later. As I was just about to take a bite there was a curly black hair inbedded in my food. So greatful to God I didn’t eat it!

Outstanding service at this location. I go back and forth from Barnes hospital frequently. Mom and I love eating here. It’s good to see happy people at the end of a long day of doctors appointments. The food is prepared and heated better than other Olive Gardens I have been to. You can tell they take pride in what they serve to customers. The hostess’s always notice everyone and greets them entering and leaving.

Wow!! I never knew what bad service was UNTIL I MET SHANEL!!!! I don’t even think she knew why she was there. When I ordered a simple plain bowl of pasta, she acted like that didn’t exist at Olive Garden. “Did she even know what pasta was?” I asked myself. When I say I’m a cheese fiend, I don’t mean I like my cheese being topped off with pasta, I like my pasta with a good about of cheese, is that too hard to understand? Because when I asked for my second plate of pasta, which again she acted like it was an alien thing to ask, she brought it out with what looked like just a plate of cheese, “Where’s the pasta?” I thought. Then my water was empty, it was never refilled, I felt like the Sahara desert! Then without asking, she brings me my check when I wanted more to eat!! I was waiting to get my to-go box for my appetizer that I asked for, but I never got it from her, so I saw another server walking by and I asked him if he could give me a to-go box and some more breadsticks for which I never received. He said “sure thing!” I love that guy. He was very helpful. I didn’t get his name, but I think it was Brian or something like that. So finally, after a terrible time of having to deal with Shanel and then after I got a wonderful guy by the name of Brian or something like that, I was finally able to leave. “Wow!” I said to myself, “that is the worst Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had and I’ve loved Olive Garden my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t love Olive Garden, but now after what happened I feel like Olive Garden belongs in the trash.
I recommend not coming here! If you can find another Olive Garden that’s over an hour away, do it because this one is trash.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Food! What a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! The food was absolutely delicious. What truly made our visit stand out was the incredible service we received from our server, Jacqueline H. She provided truly exceptional customer service – she was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had such a warm and friendly demeanor. Jacqueline’s great service elevated a great meal into a memorable one. I also want to give KUDOs to Marcia (Manager) and Nikki (server) who stopped by our table to check on us when Jacqueline was serving other tables. GREAT SERVICE All Around! We will definitely be back!

Atmosphere is nice however our food was very basic for the price we paid I honestly could have made it at home. Our salad had the end core of the lettuce head in it…. The server was no where to be found once we ordered. Then we had to chase them down just to pay so we could finally leave. We had to remind the server several times about our drink refills which we only got one refill the whole time we were there.

I had a great experience at Olive Garden. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our food came out fresh and hot and everything tasted delicious from the classic breadsticks and salad to the main dishes. The atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly and the service was fast even though the restaurant was busy. Definitely a place worth coming back to for a good meal and great hospitality.

We arrived at 1:50pm on Sunday and Hannah the hostess sat us at a dirty table. I had to ask her to clean the table. She didn’t apologize. We had to wait for 15 minutes for our waitress, Ceyshona. She brought us our water and disappeared. After a very long time, she returned to take our order. We asked questions concerning the gluten free pasta. She went to ask the manager. We waited a very long time for her to return, and we made our initial order. Then we waitrd a long time for our food to arrive. My daughter was concerned about the pasta being gluten free and asked to speak with the manager. Brian finally came out and assured my daughter that it was gluten free. She said that it didn’t look like the gluten free pasta served at the Olive Garden in Edwardsville. After consuming our pasta, we ordered a second pasta as it was the never ending pasta special. We again waited for a very long time for the pasta to arrive. My son’s pasta was incorrect, but he ate it anyway, and my pasta had very little sauce on top because they had run out according to our waitress. We had to wait a very long time to get a salad refill and bread sticks refill. While waiting for our third order of pasta, the man came over to buss our table, and we told him that we were still waiting for our pasta. I inquired about our waitress with the hostess, and she was rudely said that my waitress was coming.
We finally got our last pasta, paid our bill and walked out at 4:45pm, 3 hours later. I have lived in Fairview Heights since 2001 and always enjoyed eating at Olive Garden in Fairview Heights. My daughter lives near Edwardsville and told us what a wonderful experience she had eating there last Sunday. Going forward, we will eat at the Edwardsville Olive Garden.

Came here tonight for dinner. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, spinach artichoke dip, and fettuccini. The meal was amazing: the presentation was great. They were full of people with no wait time. Food was brought out at amazing times. The staff were very friendly. The server ( Kay) and the cook alejundo, Tommy, Dionta. All had amazing food
