Last night, I asked for the ravioli carbonara without bacon (silly, I know) but only because I couldn’t have meat for Ash Wednesday. Our amazing waitress, Spanyada, said they would sub alfredo. Cool. I get my plate, and there is little to no sauce on it. Frustrated, I decide I’ll take it home and doctor it up for lunch the next day – no biggie. However, when I go to pay the bill, I was charged $2.50 for substituting the sauce. While it is a small charge, I couldn’t understand being charged for something that wasn’t even on the plate. When Spanyada returned to check on us, I made it very clear my frustration was with the kitchen, not with her as she had been amazing to us the entire time. She agreed that the plate was dry and said she would speak to her manager. We ended up getting comped HALF of our meal! I told Spanyada they were doing way more than I was asking but she told me it was all good. I made sure to tip her well! We frequent this location often, and while the food is great 90% of the time, we receive incredible service, 100% – always from Kayden and now Spanyada! Give them a raise, Olive Garden!

We went this past Saturday 2/7/26 at 4pm. Pretty busy but no wait. We had an absolute angel for a waitress. Her name is Bonnie. She was ON IT. Had a wonderful attitude and personality. Brought us extra salad/breadsticks/drink refills without us ever needing to ask. Joked with us and our kids. Was patient. Kind. Just an absolute GEM. So wonderful, in fact, we tipped her VERY generously. I believe in tipping HUGE when we get someone who goes above and beyond in every way (because it’s so rare). Good work/behavior/personality deserves to be rewarded! Ask for Bonnie. She’s amazing. And so is the food

I had the best experience here the other night! Really enjoyed our food, our waitress was cool, we were so happy we ending up splurging and getting an app, dinners, and dessert! You guys got me that night haha. Just great experience! Definitely will be back

Our server was attentive and very nice!! Anna was great but it took a while to get our entree after our soup. They were not busy at all. We were disappointed in the soup that we love. I had one gnocchi and no chicken in my soup…my husband had the same. Our entree’s were chicken alfredo and I had broccoli added. Very good. But then I went to pay and the kiosk thing to pay your bill was disgusting and very dirty….not to mention an older server walking by our table coughing a bad cough and not covering her mouth. So grossed out by that. We don’t eat out anymore…. very rare. Will be awhile before we return. The floor was also disgusting around the tables. Mind you this was at 11am on a Tuesday…..should have been better Olive Garden.

We had dinner tonight here and were Amazed at it. We used to go alot but after Covid the quality had gona down low. Little bit of rain and a gloomy night tonight after running errands we decided to eat out. Olive Garden was right there and we decided to give them another chance. AWESOME thing to do, first off the friendliness at the front door was quite nice and a change from how it had gotten. They sat us down and we had the enjoyable pleasure of our waitress ALESSIA S. We had a few questions and received great service, her suggestions were used and what we received was a great dinner. Alessia was so helpful my 7 year old was asking if “Daddy you gonna rank her right” well yes I am. SHe made my daughter feel like a grown up and for once my daughter went through the entire wait and meal without asking once for a phone to play on. Nice portions, good price and lunch for tomorrow for us all. Not much more to say but go there and if you get ALESSIA S as you waitress tell her she’s on the Reviews.

We were set up with our own private room as they didn’t want to keep us waiting. We had excellent service from Chelsea and a nice private, exclusive room. Great service, food was on point, will be back!! Keep up the great work.

Our server was Phenomenal!! Angel was very attentive with a smile that was welcoming and not rushed. His customer service is genuine and not forced. Thank You Angel for making our lunchtime pleasant. Highly Highly Recommend!!

I use to come here a lot and the food is decent and the service is great but tonight I found a long hair in my dish and was completely disgusted. Waitress apologized and brought me new dish. Which I patiently waited for. Very disappointed on how the situation was handled by staff.

Went for lunch, the team was very friendly, and efficient.
For 6 people, we were in and out pretty quickly when you consider how busy they were.
Price wise, they are what you’d expect. Felt like any other Olive Garden. Was a positive experience.
