My wife and I went to this Olive Garden with 2 grandchildren and had a great time. Everyone had a great time and food was delicious. It was too crowded due to weekend and the servers were really busy. The breadsticks were amazing but the lettuce in my salad was a bit yellowish. Otherwise I like this going to Olive Garden and recommend it for Italian food.

Went on a bears game night so it was pretty empty. Shelby our server was fantastic, so personable and accommodating. Very attentive! The food was normal, bread sticks amazing, all around about 20 bucks per person. Table pay printer gave us a blank receipt, but staff was able to get us a printed one. I would go again for shelby

My friend and I came into Olive Garden pretty late, close to closing time. While other servers didn’t seem eager to take our table, Kaleah was incredibly welcoming and happy to serve us. She did a phenomenal job from start to finish she checked on us often, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and brought us napkins right away (something I honestly don’t usually experience here). She made sure we had everything we needed and got our food out quickly. When they ran out of the lemonade I originally wanted, she even comped my drink, which I truly appreciated.
Kaleah’s service was absolutely impeccable. I do want to mention that the manager checked on multiple other tables throughout our visit but never once stopped by ours. That being said, Kaleah completely made up for it with her outstanding service. She truly went above and beyond.

We went to dinner for my wife’s grandmother’s birthday, and our server did a phenomenal job of making it a memorable experience. Our food was delicious, and the manager made sure that our grandma got a tasty dessert when she stopped by to say hello and check on us.

My experience was amazing, first of all when I went inside, the decor and mood of the place was amazing and beautiful. I got the Tour of Italy and it was amazing and delicious, I loved the fettuccine Alfredo, I added some chili flakes to it and it was amazing. Also our server; Kevin, was so nice and helpful, I wish he was my waiter ever time I went here.

First time here, our server was Efrain. Our food was delicious, the calamari was exceptional. Our server Efrain was amazing, drink refills on point, he helped us pair wine with our food. Which I thought was definitely going out of his way, the level of customer service he provided was on point . For that, we will be returning, genuinely friendly, seems to enjoy his job. Give that hard working server a raise! Thank you Efrain, for giving my family and I great customer service.

Went for my daughters birthday and the wait was much longer than usual for 5 people when majority of the restaurant was empty. However the entrees were good, but the appetizers and soups were just okay. They have great technology that allows you to pay on the station at your table (which I loved). Overall I would go back on a occasional basis, but not my first choice for Italian food.

I was excited because I saw that Olive Garden decided to bring back the Ravioli di Portobello entree which they discontinued a few years back. Ravioli di Portobello has always been my favorite OG entree so I convinced my fiancé to go for the nostalgia factor. We arrived at the Bolingbrook location around dinnertime and it was not busy. We got seated right away and the host and waitress were nice. The minestrone soup and breadsticks I ordered were good. My fiance got the chicken and gnocchi soup and he asked for a second bowl because the first one did not even have one gnocchi in it. Our entrees came quickly and I noticed the sauce on the Ravioli di Portobello was not the same as in the past, it had a deeper more orange color and tasted of red pepper perhaps? It wasn’t bad just not exactly the favorite dish I’ve enjoyed in the past. The main issue was with my fiance’s entree. He ordered a steak and shrimp buccatini. I immediately knew something was wrong because he chewed on one piece for a while and then spit it out. He cut the other pieces of steak and they were completely raw inside. He mentioned it to the waitress and she said she would talk to the manager and left the plate on the table. At first it seemed that they were going to bring new steak to the table but my fiance pointed out that he wasn’t going to eat the rest of the dish when there was raw meat mixed in with the rest of the food. They agreed to remake the whole entree and by the time he got it I was finished with my meal. The manager couldn’t be bothered to come apologize for his kitchen serving raw food and after a lot of back and forth only agreed to take half of the meal off the bill. For this reason I won’t be coming back to an Olive Garden again. I understand mistakes happen but competent management would understand that raw meat can make someone seriously ill and would offer to make it up to the customer. Overall very dissapointing experience.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Margherita with Minestrone soup. It was very good and the portion was good also. I normally order Pasta (Chicken Scampi) but wanted to try something different.
