Went for my daughters birthday and the wait was much longer than usual for 5 people when majority of the restaurant was empty. However the entrees were good, but the appetizers and soups were just okay. They have great technology that allows you to pay on the station at your table (which I loved). Overall I would go back on a occasional basis, but not my first choice for Italian food.

We walked into a dirty bar area that was not roo busy, a desk/ podium, and counters with cash registers, we thought we came in the wrong way, lol. Nope, that is the entrance. Walking to a table the decor is wonderful. There are high ceilings, Italian decor. We were seated. It took forever to get service while at the table. The soup was cold. The salad was delicious. The gluten-free pasta with shrimp was very good. The tour of Italy was not good. We arrived an hour before closing. We knew what we wanted immediately. Because the server took so very long in between everything, we did not get our food till closing and of course she did not check on right away after serving the food. By the time someone else came around and we asked for sauce for the tour of Italy(because it was so dry), the kitchen was closed, and they couldn’t even give us sauce.

Food price and service was fantastic!!! A very family friendly and lunch/dinner date restaurant. Anytime the manager checks in on his guest, the better everything is. I loved our conversation with the manager and our servers on multiple visits were very personable, this made us settle in for a bigger order and mutiple visits. Also, I love their unlimited soups and salads. It’s a must try for sure

Wow – makes me want to start dining out more often again! Since the pandemic, I’ve found dining out (in general) to not be the best in terms of food quality, service, and price. On a whim, I took my family to Olive Garden because we hadn’t been in ages! Wow! The food was tasty and service was fantastic. Shout out to the sweetest and attentive server, Kaylin W! The manager even was stopping at tables asking how things were. Staff actually smiled when we entered and said thank you when we were leaving. Seems this Olive Garden knows about hospitality! We’ll be back!

It was really easy to get our table here! We were able to call ahead and reserve a table for two at 8pm. We were greeted by the hostess and our waiter was super friendly and engaging. He was a lot of fun and good at checking in at the right times with us (he never came by to ask us questions while we had food in our mouth). The food was also really tasty and everything came out in s timely manner.

It is a great restaurant. Whenever I visit US I like to go there for lunch or dinner. Food is delicious and very nice atmosphere. They seeve bathomless salad and soup with your order. You cant finish the portions. I can take home the leftovers and enjoy it later. It is still delicious the next day. (Make sure you store it in the fridge within 2 h as for food safety standards)

I have tried 3 times to eat there the first 2 I ended up walking out as I waiting about 30 minutes after I ordered ( only soup n salad) 10 minutes before the bartender ( as I sat at the dirty bar) even looked at me! I just went with my daughter and 2 grandkids ( 2&9month) we went at 4 to beat the rush I got there 15 minutes before they did and got a table which I was the ONLY ONE ON THE HALF of restaurant. Again a very long wait to get water. We ordered soup n salad waites told us to eat the salad first then she would bring soup. Well we never saw her again I had to ask another person to get our person. Long story but we were I. There 1:45 just to eat that!! And soup was COLD!!! So I’m done with joliet!!!!! Oh we never got any refills drinks salad soup !!!!
