Service has definitely improved! We were greeted promptly and was seated immediately. Our server greeted our table and right away started by providing breadsticks. Took our orders and honestly made our visit a pleasant one. No complaints. We love our soup, salad and breadsticks. Everything tasted fresh. Would definitely be our to go Olive Garden location!

The food was delicious as always. Our waiter was nice and attentive, which is important to me. I didn’t like where we were sitting; we were by the kitchen, and they kept coming in and out of the kitchen with food. Other than that everything was good. I ordered an salad to go and when I got to the bottom there was the core to the lettuce, I was very disappointed in them. Feel like they owe me something for that. I was not happy with them and very surprised with this coming from Olive Garden.

Let me start by saying our food was good and our server was nice. My problem was we sat for 7 minutes then we asked the host for a server, then at 10 mins out server finally came. Then it was another 5 to 7 mins before we got our drinks. From what we could tell our server was also the bartender (we were not in the bar) we were in a section beside the bar. Breanna was extremely nice but you cannot expect you bartender to take tables and give good service and make the drinks for the restaurant. The store was not busy but that’s no excuse for the service we got.

My mother and I had a lovely lunch here. The server Jaz was very attentive and so was the manager on duty at the time. The food always taste as it should and the slow crowd provided a peaceful environment. Honestly Olive Garden is not one of my favorite choices in restaurants but whenever I’m in the mood for it it’s this location I go to.

I stopped going to Olive garden 1 year ago do to service not being so great. Recently gave them another shot & glad i did. Place an order for Togo and waited 50mins for them to tell me they ran out of kids pizza. This Olive Garden is so unprofessional. Didn’t even offered to comp my daughter kids meal, let alone an apology for the inconvenience. This place time management skills suck! Will not be patronizing ever again!

Food was good. Waitress did her best. Back of house kept forgetting to start orders. Our appetizer was forgotten, luckily the manager reminded us that we ordered them and removed from bill. We weren’t the only ones. I heard her telling another table the same. She also helped wherever needed. It’s that back that needs help. Overall enjoyed.
