I’ve been twice to this Olive Garden location its by far the best so far!
Both times our waiter was Reese and he was amazing! Extremely attentive and polite! He checked on us and would get us what we needed! He definitely took care of us!

Hard to go wrong at Olive Garden – I love their salad and breadsticks. Everyone loved their meal – I had a special steak tips and shrimp spicy dish – yes it was spicy but when I got home and later finished my leftovers cold it wasn’t as spicy. And mints after you pay.

Had a group of 10, including a 3 year old. Got seated quickly. The service was fabulous. Very fast and friendly. They called the 3 year old sir when asking for his order, which was hilarious. We ate a lot, but they brought it all out rapidly. The food was great as usual. Everyone in our family loves the St. Charles location.

May I please have your attention? Everyone needs to know about my customer experience at Olive Garden with Leah. My server, her customer service skills are second to none. If you want professionalism, if you want attensiveness, if you want accuracy, sit in Leah’s section on a scale from 1 to 10 I give her a 20. I’m not sure how busy she was. But you would have thought that I was her only table excellent service. She needs to teach a customer service class. One satisfied customer.

went for my step-mom’s birthday and had an excellent time! Cody was our server and he was very on top of it all, no good lagged coming out or was incorrect at all and we all had delicious meals. Cody was very attentive and social, overall a great server! Loved everything about this visit. My step-mom got a free dessert for her birthday and was even sang to by the staff! Will definitely be coming back!!!!

My go to dish is the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. I was disappointed this time with several of the 1″ pieces of meat hard, inedible gristle. Everything else was just what we like. Enjoy the unlimited salad (it’s what originally got me loving Roma tomatoes long ago!), garlic breadsticks (kids love making salad ‘hoagies’ with them), and more recently, the Black Tie Mousse Cake. Would like vegan options on the menu for the vegan in our family. Our server was delightful-prompt, friendly, attentive. We appreciate the quiet, neat comfortable ambiance.

I know what you’re thinking. Pretty common restaurant to warrant such a glowing review but this was truly one of our best dining experiences as a family, ever. A special shout-out to our server, Ceasar! We’ll be back.

Very disappointing experience! I forgot my leftover scampi chicken at the restaurant and called right away to explain the situation. Instead of trying to help, the manager said it was my fault and refused to give me any replacement food, refund, or even partial credit for what I had already paid for!
They made it clear that because I forgot to pick it up, they would do nothing to help. This shows very poor customer service and management. A little understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way, but instead I felt dismissed as a customer.
Because of this experience, I do not recommend this place in Saint Charles!
