We had a mixed experience at this Olive Garden. Our waitress, Emily, was very nice and did come by to check on us multiple times. However, our empty water cups were never refilled. I also asked which soup was dairy-free. My friend suggested it might be the Minestrone or Chicken & Gnocchi, but Emily said it was actually the opposite and recommended the Zuppa Toscana. Unfortunately, after one bite, I realized it was full of dairy. I have a dairy sensitivity, so I couldn’t eat it and ended up giving it to my sister.
When our noodle dishes arrived, they were much drier than usual. I know this wasn’t Emily’s fault, but it still affected the meal. To make matters worse, while I was still eating, literally still working on my breadsticks and noodles, someone passing by took my plate without asking. I turned to say I wasn’t done, but they had already walked away.
Overall, there were some service and food issues that made the experience disappointing, even though Emily herself was kind and attentive in other ways.

My waiter made my experience come alive in this establishment! I felt so welcome. Sina is such a graceful, beautiful host. Going through a separation , I have been dining alone. During this visit, this young lady offered the best hospitality and truly brightened my day. Service was excellent and on point. Food was delicious and served to me so gracefully. I truly appreciate service like this and look forward to bringing my family back in hope to see this amazing lady and receive her selfless service. My co-worker and I have been regulars at this Olive Garden for the past eight months, always sitting at the bar where Lavell takes great care of us. The food is exactly what you hope for: comforting, consistent, and a great value with the all-you-can-eat soup or salad and unlimited breadsticks that come with every entrée.
My favorite healthy dish is the salmon with broccoli, but I am thrilled they have brought back the stuffed chicken marsala. It is officially my new go-to.
The only downside is the volume of the music. We have asked about turning it down, but the manager explained it is controlled by corporate, not in-house. When it gets too loud, it can take away from the otherwise great atmosphere. Because of that, I would give the vibe 3 stars. The food and service, however, are a solid 5 stars, and we will definitely keep coming back

The service was great and the food was great as well, I tried doing the never ending pasta but I got too full way too fast because the appetizers were so yummy. I took my siblings there for dinner because it was my youngest sisters birthday and when we let the waitress know about her birthday she came back with every worker to sing her happy birthday which was totally unexpected and they also comped the dessert ! We never expected that so it was truly a sweet thing.

Getting charged for a different dipping sauce when told it’s free. Being charged extra just because we shared a plate, yet the portions were beyond skimpy for the price. Not being given the full order because they plate was being shared…… some kinda tricky pressure placed on the waitress that had nothing to do with her……..

Edwin was an exceptional waiter who made sure we were well attended during our visit there. He came by multiple times to make sure we had what we needed and to make sure everything was great. He had great customer service skills and was so friendly. Normally waiters make you wait when you request something but he was on point. Definitely coming back and asking for him. Thanks Edwin for exceptional service.

Simply delicious!! Wait time was 15min. Server Micheal was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. The food is always served hot . Olive Garden doesn’t fail the taste buds at all. I had the classic lasagna, soup and an appetizer that had breaded shrimp, breaded green and red peppers! When I say it was good! I have never had breaded peppers with whatever sauce is served with it. It is a must try !
