The limited time braised beef with tortellini in a Marsala sauce was so unbelievably delicious! The meat just fell apart in my mouth, melting goodness. My son had a problem with his meal but the waitress and another person male, perhaps manager, wanted to make things right, so he did right away. Waitress often checked with us or with menu explained what things were. So friendly and helpful. I’d refer Olive Garden to everyone!

Great place! Great food! The endless breadsticks for an appetizer are so delectable that they can be their own stand alone entree, plus, the fresh salad that comes in a large decorative salad mixing bowl was enough to satisfy our appetite because my friends and I just were not able to stop eating it. My friends and I were pretty much having a Celebratory dinner for Tasha as she was hired as an Oxford House Outreach Worker for West River area in South Dakota, so, the great vibe that was present in the atmosphere was complimented by the personable and friendly attitude of our awesome server, who placed our orders quickly and conveniently on a ‘handheld customer order taking device.’ And by the time our Entree was delivered to our table, we asked for To-Go boxes immediately because our appetite was satiated. Thanks Olive Garden for the great customer service and perfect place for our mini celebratory gathering for Tasha….have a blessed day!

Our service was fantastic! We got a waitress with a loud and spunky personality! She was fun. I wish I could remember her name. I think it was Jen? She is a grandma with short dark hair. I hope that’s enough to identify her! Her customer service skills are excellent! We even came at the end of the night after a large party just left. She must have worked her tail off and still had enough positive energy for my family! ❤️

The wait time has gotten absolutely ridiculous! Aside from the workers that do not have kindly manners, our wait time was delayed back 20 MINUTES!!! Considering we have a reservation this has gotten out of hand. Please, do better!!

My family visits Olive Garden on a fairly regular basis any time we are in the mood for pasta. The food is always good. I don’t typically leave reviews for chains as most of the time it’s fairly consistent, but the service we had today was worth the time.
Our waitress, Kiki provided us the best service I can recall at this location. She was upbeat, actually looked like she was happy to be there and was extremely attentive. Brought our daughter’s food out first and was on top of refills, for both food and drink.
Ask for her if you have the ability to do so! We went over lunch on a Saturday.

Paige is an excellent waitress!!! We came in tonight to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and her service was impeccable. She has a great attitude, lovely personality and kind demeanor. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated so well at Olive Garden in the many years we have been coming here. Thank you Paige for being so diligent and attentive! We will be coming back again soon!

We have been to Olive Garden twice in the last few months. My son is 11 years old and he is autistic. He was so excited to meet your server, Michael. My son feels as though he has made a good friend in him. Michael has been so kind to my son and recognized him when we came back again. I appreciate it so much and my son enjoys every visit. He stuck around the front area of the restaurant to say bye to Michael and he was kind enough to walk us out and continue talking to my boy until it was time to go.

I opted to wait for a table through the app so we didn’t have to wait too long in the lobby and it worked out well for us. After we were seated, our waitress could see we were ready to order right away which was nice to not have to wait. She was very prompt with service and was very thoughtful! Our meal was delicious but as expected, we did not have enough room for dessert.

Came for Easter let’s just say our waiter was nice but nervous they put us in the waaaaaaay back we like sunlight people black people like light. Also we never even got a chance to do our endless salad soup bread he didn’t even ask if we wanted more 2 people ordered 20 sumin dollar meals which both come with its own side and they both ended up sharing one salad. Never have I ever been dissatisfied with spending my money on my family.. better seating for black people and nicer service we spending money too we deserve good service as well and I love Olive Garden.

Last night my husband and two children decided to try Olive Garden (as we have a very picky eater). There was a very large party of roughly 30 people in the same room as us. The server who had us, also had two other tables AND the large party. We are super laid back people and knew we’d have to be patient. Ordered our food, and my husband ordered the “all you can eat soup and salad”….after his one bowl of soup, the kids finishing their meals…..the salad was gone…..we waited roughly 20 minutes before we had to stop someone to ask for his second bowl of soup and refills on our waters….We understand that the server had to pay alot of attention to the large party, but a few other servers were also giving alot of attention to them as well, and not his other tables. Finally we saw the manager come in and help the large party and we stopped him to let him know our dissatisfaction in the service and the lack of support from management that this poor server had. He apologized and said he’d get my husband more soup, refills on water more breadsticks. He then saw I had an empty beer glass and said “what were you drinking?” I mentioned a bud light, he said he’d grab me one and everything was brought back. He NEVER came back again after that….and when I received the bill he CHARGED me for the bud light!! We didnt expect a discount, I simply wanted them to know that as “leaders” they should be supporting their team more and not just paying attention to large parties with gratuities. I also didnt expect to be charged for the beer that he said he’d get for me after the fiasco which we both thought would be on the house. It was clear the manager did not care about the customers on a crazy Saturday night. Was pretty sad too since my picky daughter loved the food, and it would have become a regular for us.
