After a long day with no time for a meal, we stopped in on our way home. Our server, Sarah, was a ray of joy and sunshine. She took the very BEST care of us and even though we had a couple little hiccups during our time there, her service was top notch!

Service and food were both really good. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat at.

Customer service was great. Food not so much. Great value meatballs taste better than what they had to offer and the spaghetti was similar to chef boyardee. The salmon was $20 but only an 1″ at best wide, more of a sampler than a meal.

Today my fiancé and I had a server, his name was Alex. While Alex was waiting on our table an amazingly ignorant, impatient, selfish elderly old man walked from his table all the way over to our table to very rudely interrupt our conversation with Alex and say that they haven’t received their bread sticks and that Alex needed to hurry up, all while Alex had roughly 5 to 6 other tables that also needed to be waited on. After I stared the old man down in disbelief that he did that, we made it clear to Alex we were 100% on his side as Alex very clearly thought that was the rudest thing ever as well. We chatted briefly about how terrible that was… anyways, we got our food and everything was obviously amazing as it always is! At the end of our meal Alex made his way over and stated that he had comped our entire meal!!!! We couldn’t believe how gracious he was and couldn’t believe he actually did that… needless to say, Alex received a $100 tip and we all got the last laugh at the rude guy sitting at the table beside us. Alex, thank you again. We hope to have you as our server next time!

My mother and I came here for lunch. I had my 6 month old daughter with. When we got there, the wait staff didn’t say a word and just started walking to a table. We waited for 20 minutes (if not longer) and no waiter/waitress came to our table. A table right behind us that came in after us was waited on — and we were not. Very frustrating. We ended up leaving. I mentioned to the wait staff up front about what happened but they didn’t say or do anything. I do not recommend.

I’ve always loved Olive Garden, but I hadn’t been to one in quite a while since our local one closed. While traveling, we decided to stop at one because we missed it. While the food was amazing just like we remembered, and our server Sam was very attentive, the atmosphere seemed like it had slid a notch. The table we were at had loose uneven chairs, the restaurant was freezing, the salt grinder was empty, and the silverware was so water spotted I initially thought it was dirty. We will go back to another Olive Garden when we pass through a city that has one, but I hope it’s taken care of a little better than this one.

Food was great, service was great too, though I noticed none of the tables get wiped down. Our table personally had parts that were crusty, and it wasn’t just little bits either. We watched as neither the bussers or servers wiped down tables thoroughly after they were cleared. Is this a new policy? Given the recent pandemic, it seems very odd. Either way everything else was perfect! Food was super delicious and our server was absolutely phenomenal.

Update. It has been a year since my last visit. My daughter and wife decided to get the endless soup and salad and I decided to join them. The zuppa toscana is to die for, then to decide between that and the chicken gnocchi left me with no choice but to have both. We also ordered the Alfredo dipping sauce for the bread sticks. Endless bread sticks and dipping sauce is the way to go.

I joined the online waitlist while driving over to the restaurant. I was then kicked off the waitlist 5 minutes later and told it’s because there was a waitlist…… what’s the freaking point of putting your name on a waitlist if you get kicked off for a waitlist. Makes no sense lady at the front was less then friendly about it and just told me I would have to wait a half hour now. I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere. Olive Garden, do better.
