Went here last night in a group of 4. When we got sat at our table we ordered our drinks and meals, 2 of us got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. We were given one basket of breadsticks Which was gone within the first two minutes and despite having an unlimited breadsticks, we didn’t get more until the very end of the meal. One person at our table, finished their lemonade at the beginning of the meal and was not given a replacement until the end of the meal despite asking three separate times. All four people ordered salad and we were given one salad with three salad plates and never got the fourth despite asking. We Also didn’t get a replacement salad, despite finishing it in the beginning until the end of our meal. For the two people who ordered unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, We were given one bowl at the start and we didn’t get our second bowl until the very end of the meal, which at that point, we were just frustrated and ready to leave. Between four bowls of chicken gnocchi soup we only had two pieces of gnocchi which was the icing on top. Despite ordering, unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks, I felt that we were extremely limited on how much we were able to eat as two grown adults were only able to get 2 bowls of soup each. Overall, very frustrating, slow and poor service.

I love food! I ordered the steak with the substitute gluten-free noodles and red sauce. My steak was cooked nicely, but my noodles were cooked a bit much. My kids left no leftovers! Its definitely an easy and trustworthy place for dinner. sadly my daughter was distraught she left her breadsticks behind

I loved everything. The outside looked like a castle on the outside. I got a Peach Smoothie, Pasta, and Breadsticks, just so good. The atmosphere was cool. Our server, Ari, was the nicest. Loved her service. They were quick and efficient. I love Wasua Olive Garden. For sure coming back!

Ordered sirloin and Alfredo medium rare, came out well done. After 5 minutes the server(Dylan I believe) came to check on us! We told him steak was over done. About 10-15 minutes he got his steak and Alfredo back…I was done eating!! Very disappointing experience!

To start we had to wait but got put next to a heater which we didn’t at at all. Then got put to our seats and ordered our food and drinks right away and was welcomed by the most friendly service by kenzie. She made the whole experience worth the wait she regularly checked in on us and had answers to all our questions. I have has some questionable moments at this olive garden before but never have had this good of time like me and my family did with kenzie. BTW we where the 3 girls and my mom had the pudge tattoo and if case you forgot kenzie she goes to johnah blue Gem tattoo in green bay. All in all kenzie shout out to you girl you need a raise great customer service and I can tell your a good person all around keep it up.

Atmosphere is who your with. But when the restaurant only seats 4 tables per section and have 2 servers per section… how busy is it really? Also whats with the bread sticks…. they only bring out enough for the people sitting there to have one? The food seems like jts basically frozen portions. Its just not what it used to be, but its also not like it ever was anything outstanding.

Our server Rebecca is phenomenal today! She put our leftovers in the box for us instead of doing it ourselves. Husband and I never had this service and we enjoyed our night out! We wanted to leave a review because Rebecca stood out from any servers we had in the past anywhere else! Continue the good work!!
