When I travel to the area I normally stop here frequently. This time was very disappointing. I was definitely not family.

I normally order from the bar a to go order. Have a drink while I wait get my food and go. I forgot to tell the bartender (not the normal bartenders) that it was to go. That is my fault, I know. When she brought my salad I realized it. I did apologized and let her know my order was to go and apologized again. She gave me an irritated look and responded “next time you order from there” (motioning to the to go counter). I have never had issues at this place or any other Olive Garden ordering from the bar before. After that I felt ignored and almost like I had inconvenienced her. I could understand if the bar area was full…. But I was the only one there? Immature or lazy. Very disappointed with this experience.

My order was super disappointing as well. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs with extra meat sauce. I got spaghetti noodles with almost no sauce and definitely no meatballs (see photo) . I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but I am not in the mood to have to deal with it at this point. This location may have left st my business due to this.

I chose this as I’ve been here before. The food been great every time! The quieter setting creates a nice environment to actually be able to talk. Quiet music is great! It has a nice classic feel. Our server was younger. She did an okay job but seemed to have an attitude about something else but she was decent with us.

A good place to bring your family. Our food was great as usual, sometimes you can wait a little long for your food but last night wasn’t bad at all & I do understand waiting when it’s busy. It does get busy in there sometimes so there’s that. Our server was very friendly and made sure we knew all of our options in detail when questions were asked. She was attentive and made sure to consistently check on us and see if we needed anything else and if we were enjoying ourselves. She was friendly with my girls which obviously they enjoy because they want to be acknowledged too ya know. They enjoy that, my middle daughter is chatty and outgoing like me she must be acknowledged lol! I like where we were seated because we had enough room for my 3 daughters, myself and my friend with a little extra room at our table it was really nice and we definitely felt comfortable and well cared for. This place is clean and kept up which is important obviously. A warm atmosphere with soft lighting and good music but not blaring in an annoying way. We all enjoyed our food and time here overall!

First time visiting the Green Bay Olive Garden. Probably one of my best experiences ever. Everything was spot on. The food was fantastic. The server and host staff were excellent as well. I’ll be back for sure.

The food was great . The service was poor because we didn’t get refills. Didn’t box our food. Didn’t even bring us boxes or a bag and had to get a manger for service. Then they changed rewatds system so we lost out on over 20$ in coupos…. Highly disappointed

Tables are very close to each other. The food is good on the lower quality compared to authentic Italian places, and higher price than most American diners, but you do get unlimited salad and breadsticks with the lunch option we got. The main dishes are supposedly bigger than the lunch options, but they were already plenty big, by my opinion. Overall not a bad place but definitely riding off their name and reputation they built over the years as a brand. Staff was amazing though so I’d come by again.

Overall such a bad experience! I was there about an hour ago, my entry was a Toscana soup, I should have taken a picture of the plate, grease drops around it, lettuce wasn’t even chopped whole chucks. I understand it was full house I mean we had to wait for about 20 minutes we were starving that we didn’t bother to speak to a manager so that was our mistake, we even ordered a black tie cake and never got it. Waitress only stopped by twice, she was great tho! But overall tonight’s experience was 5/10

Food is dependable, even if it’s pretty basic (“mid” as my kids says). Salad is good. Soups are good. Service can be extremely up and down. You could go 4 weeks in a row on the same day at the same time and get really good service once, good service once, decent service once, and a server you don’t even want to tip once. You never know, I guess that’s part of the appeal?

I visited this Olive Garden last night and had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service from start to finish.

When I first walked in, the host at the front , already had an attitude. She told us there was a wait but didn’t explain how long. When I politely asked again how long the wait would be, she responded “5–10 minutes” with a clear attitude. That set the tone right away.

Once seated, our server ( Kayla I believe her name was ) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered chicken alfredo, and she repeatedly kept saying fettuccine, as if correcting me—when those are not the same thing. Chicken alfredo comes with chicken; plain fettuccine does not. I had to repeat myself multiple times, yet she still acted like I didn’t know what I was ordering.

She also kept reaching over my food, which made me uncomfortable. When I asked questions about the menu because I wanted to try something new, she acted annoyed and told me she could “give me a few minutes and come back,” instead of answering the questions I was asking. That’s literally part of her job.

What made it worse was watching her interact with another table—she was smiling, friendly, and engaged with them. When she came to our table, her demeanor completely changed: no smile, short responses, and an overall negative attitude. It honestly made me feel like she did not want to serve me at all.

Because of the overall disrespectful and uncomfortable experience, I did not leave a tip. I strongly believe tips are earned through service, and this was far below acceptable.

I will not be returning to this location. Olive Garden seriously needs to address customer service and professionalism here.
