We had a curbside to-go order and the whole process was great. I checked in a few minutes early and only had to wait a very short time. The gal who brought out my order greeted me with a kind smile, and had great customer service.
After about a 10-minute drive back to my hotel (and a few extra minutes before I could eat), the food was still hot, packaged with care, and tasted great. Everything I ordered was accounted for, and they even added a silverware pack with napkins, Parmesan cheese, and a mint.
I was very pleased with the entire experience!

Our server was amazing—she was the perfect amount of attentive and seemed to know exactly what we needed. However, the restaurant has really gone downhill. Our table wasn’t clean, and the restaurant as a whole just looked dirty. The soup, salad, and breadsticks is consistently good.

We had such a great experience thanks to our waitress, Toni. She treated us so well from the moment we sat down—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her hospitality was honestly above and beyond. It’s not often you meet someone who makes your whole visit feel special, but Toni absolutely did.
We will definitely be coming back just to see her. She’s a true gem and made our time here unforgettable. Highly recommend asking for Toni!

I was here today, long wait time, 30:00 minutes.
There were a lot of people and I understand it.
The waitress responded quickly, we ordered Tuscan soup, but the taste was really bad, not seasoned, water with milk, the kale half cut and not quite hot.
The lasagna was cold, it is incredible that the plate was hotter than the food, a sign that it was heated in a microwave and of very poor quality, I would not order it again.
The salad had no tomato and little dressing, we asked for another one and asked for what was missing and bathed in dressing, it was sour and soaked, the lettuce was not fresh.
The waitress didn’t ask me if I wanted more soup or something else, she was just paying attention to my companion.
Anyway, I don’t think I’ll come to this place again… it’s already famous, but the food isn’t that good anymore, let alone frozen and reheated food. The service leaves much to be desired, it lacks cleanliness, not only the seats and tables, but the place as well.

Went for a late lunch. Everything was super fresh and very delicious. Our server was great, very prompt and polite. Our drinks never went dry and the overall store appearance was very clean. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. All employees stayed busy. A very pleasant experience.

My dad and I went here for a father daughter outing. It had been 6 years since I been home, and I wanted to go to olive garden, so my dad took me. The waitress Fawndretta was the best ever! We could literally not want for anything. We get through a bit of something and she’s checking if we want more! She was on it! She is the literal embodiment of your slogan “When your here your family”! We enjoyed our meal and everything was just perfect! Don’t worry we will be back again soon! Thanks so much for our great experience!

Food was SO good! Several of us had the Fettuccini in different forms, and it was delicious in every way. The soups were really good. The salad was nice and fresh, and the breadsticks were excellent (although they didn’t bring us more when asked).
Service was disappointing. We asked for things that were never brought and other items took several reminders. It took a very long time for them to sort the check out so we could pay (only 1 check).

Packed in like sardines on valentines day, what even is the point of a reservation if you send it in 2 months in advance and still get stuck waiting with nowhere to sit, nor any parking spaces. I had to park at the mall to get in, and I walked in to 100 other people packed into the lobby
