My husband and I came here for Veterans day lunch. He thought it would be impossible to get into however they were prepared. There was a 3 minute wait to be seated during this busy time as they have 1 hostess but multiple waitstaff and the managers were out checking everything. They ran like a well oiled machine. Drinks and breads ticks were brought out immediately and food was super quick to the table too. They filled the dinning areas pretty quickly and kept good pace to turn tables over in their favor(and everyone else trying to grab a bite) They noise level was a soft murmer at each table. It was the quietest and coziest meal I’ve had in a busy place. I will be thrilled to visit this restaurant and location again!
Note: Husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with the meats accessible, I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli.
Both of us had the salad and breads ticks as well. Highly recommended.

Our server Sam was amazing! Super friendly and super efficient at a very busy Olive Garden. Always love the food here. It’s very consistent, well priced and delicious. But, mainly tonight I wanted to stop and give a shout out to Sam. He was so great.

We went and in for my birthday like we do every year. Perks are always a birthday dessert and we buy another one. One was not offered no big deal not sure what changed. But we pay on the tablet after the server drops off boxes and didn’t ask if we were doing desserts and nothing else was said. No thank you for coming in, no have a good day nothing. Dropped boxes and that was the end she never returned. Coming from the serving industry absolute terrible customer service after spending 100 dollars at your establishment. Definitely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

No rating checked in was told 5 to 10 minute wait. Waited 30 min, never called our name. Asked about how long another 5 to 10 min. Mind you several people came after us and were seated. Highly disappointed and do not recommend hiring incompetent people to check guests in.

I recently dined at Olive Garden, and while the food was outstanding, the service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated, which was a good start. However, things started to go downhill from there. After sitting down, we waited far too long (around 15 to 20min) before anyone came over to greet us or offer drinks. It felt like the staff were either overwhelmed or just not paying attention. We tried to get the attention of the server, but they were busy with other tables, and it took a significant amount of time before someone acknowledged us.
Once the server arrived, the service felt rushed, and it seemed like they were trying to juggle too many things at once. Our drink refills were delayed and we had to ask for them, and our plates were left on the table longer than expected, creating a feeling of neglect. It was clear that the restaurant had some staffing issues or just wasn’t operating at full capacity.
That being said, the food was as delicious as ever. The breadsticks were warm and perfectly seasoned, and the salad that came with my meal was fresh and crisp. The main course, pasta with a rich and creamy sauce, was flavorful and satisfying. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. It’s clear that Olive Garden takes pride in their food, which made the poor service more frustrating.
Overall, while the food made the visit worthwhile, the service was subpar. I’d still consider returning, but only with lower expectations for the service.

Very disappointed after our experience. We were seated, and sat for 20 minutes before we had to ask someone if a server was coming at all. The host then took our drink orders, and it took another 15 minutes for a new server to come take our order, at which point it had been 30 minutes. During our time there we did not have a consistent server, so my husband wasn’t able to get the “unlimited” soup he ordered either. Every table around us was being served while we sat there for 30 minutes. The wait for the check and box was just as long. Again, we waited so long because we did not get a consistent person to help us, so no one came to ask. Was really disappointing.

I almost gave four stars. But when I go out, I go out rarely I also go out for experience. I thought presentation was poor, portion seemed extra small, salad dressing seemed sparse and bread sticks dry. Food was flavorful, my cocktail 1 rum and coke was mixed well. The waitress young African woman was very pleasant professional and attentive. I have never been to this particular location before. Only Omaha’s.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years. Its our go to when we want a special treat. The food is good and service has always been phenomenal. They’re usually pretty busy and we have had to wait for seating before, but it’s worth it.

Staff were attentive and very nice. Manager was very attentive to the whole dining room. Staff informed us of a minor inconvenience in a timely manner. Their wait list on-line is very convenient.
