Excellent experience. Customer service was top notch. Salad was great, bread was warm and my seafood Alfredo had so much seafood in it, it was amazing!!! Other Olive Gardens skimp on the shrimp and oysters. This one does NOT. I highly recommend this restaurant. It also was surprisingly dead when I was there. Let’s keep the good restaurants like this one profitable and in business.

My daughter and I arrived around 5:30 pm on a Sunday. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated, which is very good. After being seated we waited at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and brought us water. Observing the waitress I noticed that she was giving other tables a second bowl of soup and salad before we got ours. Wait was once again at least 15 minutes to get the soup and salad. Our main entrees came fairly quick but the waitress never came back to refill our drinks and bring more bread sticks. We talked to the manager not to cause trouble but to better their training.

Service was terrible – our waitress disappeared after serving our drinks and we barely saw her after that. The soup wasn’t fully cooked when served, and it took forever to get our food. The quality of food tonight was also terrible – undercooked and under seasoned. We didn’t get any drink refills, and the waitress forgot our kids’ drinks. We never received them after asking for them several times. She also forgot to bring out the dipping sauce we ordered for our breadsticks until after our dinners were served (we had to remind her twice). We are new to the area and won’t be coming back! For $18 per person, we expected better service and better quality food.

The experience was fine but I wouldn’t recommend. Everytime I’ve gone to an Olive Garden Restaurant the food tastes frozen and then microwaved. Also the portion size for the lasagna was overly small for the amount of money spent. Overall the experience was okay.

I am a bit of a fussy eater, and I love that Olive Garden food is predictable, I know what I’m getting no matter what location I go to, which is a major plus to me. My family goes to this location somewhat regularly, we have always been well treated by staff, and food arrives quickly. Sometimes, the wait can be long to get a table, but we just avoid peak times. The mobil app is really nice because if you need to go at a more popular time, you can see how long the wait is and get in line before you arrive.

Always happy with bottomless bread sticks and salad. Prices have went up. 12.99 for spaghetti however they need to give you more sauce. Use to love to go here for the soups too! A bit different taste. Deserts can be better for what they charge for them. The customer service was very good and waiterwas friendly.

We came here for the first time in years. Our server was great! Soup was great. Salad and bread sticks not so much. Salad had wilted slimy pieces in it, not fresh. Bread sticks were cold and stale. Appearance of the restaurant was ran down and not inviting. Will not be returning. Very disappointing.

The food was amazing. Our server was very polite and was excellent. The place was very clean and looked lovely. My grandmother accidentally rated this place 0 stars with the little table tablet thing. I had to come here and set it straight. Our server, Justin, was just so kind. He was very friendly and polite. He made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a good night out.
