We’ve been to several Olive Garden’s, and it just seemed like today was an off day. The service wasn’t the best, the bathrooms were dirty, no paper towels, and it just seemed like there wasn’t a whole lot of focus on the restaurant.
The salad had one or two olives in it, no croutons, it was a lot of the ends of the salad, and white lettuce. We got the chicken Parmesan, and the noodles were a little bit hard, seemed like they were old or something?
Maybe short staffed. Yes, it was New Year’s Day, but when you go to a restaurant like this, who expect it to be clean and the service to be good and food perfect! Maybe next time!

We went to Olive Garden and had a mixed experience. We ordered Chicken Parm, which is usually pretty good and tasted fine this time too. We also tried a couple of other dishes, Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini and Braised Beef Tortelloni hoping for something new, but both were disappointing. The portion of braised beef felt small and the steak pieces we did get on the other dish were very chewy, so we didn’t finish those entrees. Overall it was not one of our best visits.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars. My family has been going her for years since 2006. The atmosphere and service was always top notch. Making you feel like it was a family place. Now everything is portioned out, a individual salad is only allowed 1 olive. My mother asked for more olives on her next salad and the waitress came out with cups to show the portion size for a individual salad. We ordered a full meal carry out and asked if it comes with the salad and bread sticks, she said yes buy you only get 2 bread sticks. Then we got three chocolate mints, there was 3 of us and my son loves them son much. We asked if we can have more and we were told they can only give us three more. I didn’t enjoy being policed on our food. We saw a waitress we recognized and asked if their policy changed and she said they just changed it due to the cost going up and proventing waste.

Okay, overall. Revisited this place after many years. So my review is based on my previous many visits here.
Food was good. But felt the minestrone soup kind of lacked the taste. Then the main course which had basil pesto mentioned in it however on the plate it was more of a topping. Felt it missed the generous amount usually they gave earlier. Also saw that they removed the pesto sauce from the “create your own pasta”. Earlier the breads always arrived much before the soup did, but this time they came much later (not good). Also it used to be 5 in the basket but now we got only 3!!
Our waiter was fine. He was polite and courteous. We had a wait of about 10 mins and I observed that there were many booths free, perhaps less staff available today..

We had a pretty good experience celebrating my son’s birthday at Olive Garden. Everything was tasty, and my son got to choose a free dessert. The breadsticks were as good as they get. We’ll definitely be coming back more often.

our service was so good!! our server was tionna, and she was so attentive and friendly, made sure my birthday lunch was so special and i appreciate that so much! i had a great afternoon with my dad mostly due to our wonderful service, and the food was really nice as well

Excited to have chicken and gnocchi soup. But there was zero gnocchi in the soup. ZERO. We had 4 bowls brought to the table hoping to have some soup with gnocchi but nothing. Very disappointed with the food. Wish I could give zero stars to match the amount of gnocchi in the soup.
