We stopped in on the way to the Detroit airport. The food was good. The lunch specials are really reasonable. Rosalyn our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. She helped us order what we needed for dietary restrictions. The restaurant was clean. This is a small item but I really appreciated Rosalyn did not start by saying do “we” know what we are having? I personally don’t like when waitstaff uses “we”.

Went to lunch here with my family which included a gluten free uncle. Great job by the staff and especially the manager. He took time to make sure gluten would not be an issue. Wish more restaurants were like this one.

I visited the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant on a Monday early afternoon for lunch with two co workers and we enjoyed our experience. The bread and salad were delicious and service was quick and friendly as well. The lunch portions were perfect amount of food for a great price. It was definitely an older retiree crowd which was quiet and pleasant.

It’s been at least 10yrs since I ate at any Olive Garden restaurant. Lakeside location we tried a couple of times.I Wasn’t impressed, soup as I remembered was quite tasteless with hardly any sausage and mostly broth. We stopped going there. This particular Olive Garden we will go back again. Their portions were large, prices were reasonable, I had the shrimp and chicken carbonara my wife had the steak gorgonzola and we had some delicious crispy shrimp for an appetizer. The appetizer alone looked like a meal by itself. l asked the waitress that. And she said no it’s an appetizer . The soup was very tasty, lots of sausage.my dinner was very tasty so was my wife’s and we had plenty to take home.

The food is great and so is the service but the cleanliness of the restaurant is a -5 in my book. I dropped my purse until our table and when I retrieved it from the floor – the floor was absolutely disgusting. We were there at 11 am so they need to hire a cleaning service to clean before they open up. The table and the sits were also very dirty. The first table the put us at we moved ourselves because the seat was so dirty I refused to sit there. Also the box on the table you use to pay – was so dirty with crumbs and fingerprints. They should wipe those down every evening after they close. I think the management staff needs to be replaced.

Terrible experience tonight with our to go order. Ordered 2 dinners. Was told 10 minutes after our scheduled pick up time that they were out of lasagna. Food took an additional 20 minutes then to be ready. Server didn’t give us correct change and had to get correct change. Got home to find that my soup was missing and the bag for the bread was open on the side. Terrible experience. Service was poor, missing food.

Extremely dirty. Lots of tables open but they sat us by the bus station. Our table was filthy sticky they never wiled and plopped everything down. The bench we were seated at was filthy. The crack from back to bench seat was filled with food and trash. Server reached over and across our drinks and food. Seems like no training. Our food came out cold and it took 20 minutes to find our waitress. Manager never showed up either. Will never go back and never recommend other than stay away from this location.
Also an elderly lady was seated next to is and she struggled to sit down why they did nit give her a table with ease of access is beyond me. They were not busy. Other than all staff and manager were at front to see a baby for over 45 minutes

They never disappointed us in Any city we go to Olive garden.
We went there with parents and two kids after spending a good time in PortHuron, it was close to 9:15pm (restaurant closes at 10pm). Inspite of nearing to closing time, the service was fabulous. The waitress was smiling and energetic,she could connect with my dad and younger kid with friendly smile.
The food was served quickly and at perfect temperature for us to divulge in ti right away to make justice to hungry stomachs.

I booked a 14 person reservation for tonight at Olive Garden for my grandmas 75th birthday party. The inside is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the food was delicious and that had to have been the best service we’ve had in a long time! Our waitress was Faith, 1 waitress for the 14 of us and she did not miss a beat! She was on top of everything, made sure everyone was happy, went over and above the whole time and even dealt with our crazy selves like it was nothing! All I cared about was a nice night for my granny, and they came through!!! Perfect night thank you so much to Faith and their manager for all the help! We will definitely be back!
