I ordered carry out. Ordering on the phone was easy. Order was ready on time. There are other Olive Garden locations that give you wayyyyyy bigger portions. My soup is barely half way filled. Disappointed. Probably won’t return and will frequent the van dyke location.

Discovered moldy carrots in the salad. Everything else appeared to be okay. The problem was less with the moldy carrots, and moreso with the managers attitude. She said the salad is pre-bagged, so it’s not their fault and there’s essentially nothing they can do. Okay, you didn’t make the salad, I understand that. But moldy food still passed through your kitchen and onto the places of your guests, and that IS your fault for not catching that. She acted like it was so dark in the restaurant that she couldn’t see the carrots we were showing her. The manager also said she looked through the whole bin and didn’t see any other carrots like that… yeah okay. Sure. It took forever to even get a manager in the first place because according to the server “everyone was calling for her at once”…. Not a good look, why do so many people need the manager at one time??
So yeah moldy food made it out of the kitchen and was served to guests and the manager took no responsibility for it whatsoever and offered literally nothing as a solution. So gross. The server was extremely nice however.

However they had the Endless Pasta Deal for $13.99(meatless) Add Meat to your Entree is additional $4.99.
It comes with the Salad & Bread
My waitress/Barmaid Bartender was Sarah
She was attentive and extremely personal able.
The Food was delicious & Fresh

Food was great but it just felt like someone in back was only firing breadsticks to order and only allowed one per person every 15 mins. I came for that pasta fagioli & breadsticks, please don’t nickel & dime me. 🙂
Meatballs were delicious, Service was ok. Quiet night, felt like employees were having a ball, me on other hand, I was thirsty & was ready to go pour myself a water after 10-15 minutes of sitting there.
I could have just been hangry but I feel staff could be a little more attentive to the guest.
Dropped another star & removed this location from my bookmarks. We were sat in an empty bar tonight 1/6 at 6pm, only to be left there for 10 mins with no greeting. No nothing. We just calmly got up & left. Last visit to this location.
Hospitality is an art. Management should figure it out. Also worth mentioning, the young lady walking through the dining picking food out of your teeth, you are part of the reason we left. If that’s what you do when we can see you, what else do you do?

Third time being to Olive Garden in a month where my food is burnt. I specifically ask for my meal to be cooked lightly every time and as soon as i open my container there is a bunch of burnt scallops shrimp and pasta buried under the lightly cooked portion. The staff is very rude and Unaccommodating and at this point people need to be reprimanded for the terrible service. The manager and cook seriously need to be fired for allowing this. This is the worst Olive garden I’ve ever been to and i definitely plan on telling others about my consistent bad experiences

Sometimes you need to hold the door!
A 10 to 15 minute wait would’ve made all the difference in the world.
I work in the industry, so I usually give a pass for slow service. Understaffing and servers who don’t really care are unfortunately, the new norm.
There is no excuse for waiting 20 minutes to get a raspberry peach tea. We knew that it was going to get worse when the Server brought our drinks in a plastic cup. She kept saying there’s a lot going on back there, which I assumed meant the kitchen/dish tank.
We ordered an appetizer, endless soup, salad & breadsticks.
Shortly after the drinks arrived, Server brought out soup and salad, which was fine. Fresh breadsticks arrived later with the cold fried ravioli. That was it. She never returned. We sat with empty bowls and glasses.
Luckily we had the ability to pay at our table and didn’t have to wait for her to close the check. She kept apologizing that it wasn’t her fault. Epic failure by management to allow this server to be over sat and provide the worst service ever. We paid almost $50 for one bowl of soup each, one bowl of salad, three breadsticks, two iced teas and some cold fried ravioli.
So sad!

This location’s exterior is always clean, free debris. Inside is kept exceptional clean with warm welcome atmosphere. There’s always someone at the entrance to welcome and assist you. You are seated immediately upon entering or direct to carry out area. Generally the server comes within minutes of you being seated to assist you, but receiving you meal takes some minutes to get both for eating in or carry out. The server are professional and pleasant and the atmosphere warm and friendly. You can get water with lemon to margaritas, wine, fancy drinks. Food is delicious and generously served.
