They didn’t know how to pronounce my name. When i got to my table there were dirty dishes in plain sight. I got the chicken parmigiana with grilled chicken. The chicken was tough and the food runner conner didn’t warn me the plate was hot so i burned my fingertips. Miki was an incredible server though. He put up with me with the most upstanding demeanor and perfect care. Highly recommend him as a server. The receipt printer was also out of ink.

I had a great experience at Olive Garden. The minestrone soup was especially good—fresh, flavorful, and comforting. I also tried the Build Your Own Pasta with angel hair noodles and mushroom sauce, and it turned out delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the portion size was just right. Overall, really good food and a satisfying meal.

My brother and I went to Olive Garden on Veterans Parkway in Jeffersonville, Indiana yesterday. The food was excellent but I cannot stop bragging about our server. His name is Cullen and he is a most amazing young man! He takes his position as a server very seriously. He is polite, extremely knowledgeable and genuine. He made us feel like we were his top priority and his service showed it! No question or request we had was too trivial or insignificant. Awesome food and amazing service!!!

Italian is my favorite, but this location disappointed me at every opportunity. When we sat down I noticed bugs moving around in the pile of debris you could see through the lamp above our table. The bread sticks were hard and as lukewarm as our food when it arrived, too. My partner was in the bathroom as soon as we got home (portobello ravioloi), and I had an almost immediate upset stomach (Steak and Shrimp Bucatini). No refills or check-ins, either, but the waitress was courteous.

The waiter spilled my brother’s drink ON him, spilled my mom’s water on the way to give it to her and spilled my soup a bit into the plate below. Not only that, but not a single dish was clean. Nasty drinking glasses, nasty silverware, dirty plates with old food still crusted on it. We spoke to the manager about it, who had the staff replace our soups and other dishes, refills on drinks, new silverware, etc. Even the replacement dishes were FILTHY! Not only that, the waiter didn’t even bring us spoons to eat our soup. So the soup got cold by the time he actually came around so we could ask. Genuinely don’t know how people like this place or rate it the way they do. Absolutely WILL NEVER be returning. The price, btw, was not worth filthy dishes, food and drinks spilled continuously and poor service. And to top it all off, i almost forgot to mention, the waiter put the tray used to carry out food and drinks on top of his shoe AND the floor. He, or customers coulda stepped in dog shit and it be on the same tray ised to carry out your food. Absolutely awful service, awful everything. Btw, eating off dirty dishes caused my boyfriend and brother to be sick. How do yall have 4 stars? Genuinely HOW?!

Not only is the food ALWAYS delicious, but the servers are always friendly, kind, and super generous with the salad and bread sticks.

Went to this Olive Garden on Saturday and ordered steak with fettuccine. Requested medium cook, the steak came out very rare. Mind you, pink does not bother me but this was nearly entirely uncooked. I asked the server if the steak could be taken back and cooked a little more. They stated they can’t do that as the plate was already on the table. Makes no sense… but eventually I stated is there another option, perhaps a new steak then? Confusingly, they brought a new steak that was fully over cooked completely. I didn’t eat either steak and left them both on the plate as they were both inedible. At no point did a manager come over. Wish I had taken a photo. I spent $28 dollars for fried mozzarella sticks, bad fettuccini and awful steak. Very disappointing with my experience at this Olive Garden. Will not be back
