Cleanest and nicest Olive Garden I’ve been to in recent months. The staff is so friendly and is always willing to accommodate my food restrictions to ensure I still get delicious food. Try the Ravioli Carbonara! It was so good!

The food was good but the service part of the experience was very strange. We have been to olive garden alot but never this location and won’t be returning. Jon was our server. He was very nice and polite but seemed very overwhelmed with the 3 tables I saw him waiting on. 12/4/25 @12:45. The restaurant wasn’t very busy at all. I would understand if it was his first week but it didn’t seem to be the case. The salad and breaksticks came out and immediately after the food before our boats of alfredo and marinara. I then asked the manager that ended up helping for an extra plate because they didn’t bring any plates for my daughter who was sharing food with us. She then grabbed my breadstick plate and handed it to my 2 year old. I then asked for another one since she removed a plate I was using for dipping sauce. She took the plate away all together and got confused. We then asked our waiter for another plate. Long story short we had to ask a 3rd person for a plate just to get one. The service was awful.

I ordered the 3-meat manicotti after seeing the picture on the menu, but to my surprise, what I ordered was not what I received. I asked to see the manager and when he arrived I explained what the issue was and he proceeded to explain to me that it’s just like McDonald’s, you don’t get what you see on the menu.
He tried to explain that the reason there appeared to be no filling was because once it gets cooked, then everything leaks out. I asked how they were able to keep the filling inside the manicotti in the photo on the menu, and he had no answer. There were also only 3 or 4 pieces of meat in the sauce on the manicotti.
The manager did remove it from my check, and he also remade my order for me, but it was not much better than what I originally received. The remade version was also considerably smaller than what was brought out the first time.

Great opening day at this location. The well trained staff made for an excellent atmosphere and experience for lunch. The food was great Classic Olive Garden dishes, my friend and I both ordered the lunch specials. They came out in a timely manner, salad and breadsticks. We never felt rushed or waiting for help. The salad was so fresh and we even got ours tossed 🙂

My husband and I were out to celebrate my birthday so we decided to come to the new Olive Garden. We were seated as soon as we arrived, an unexpected surprise since it was a Saturday (12/20/25 @5:30). Everything was going smoothly until after we got our entrees. Our server was checking on us every 2-5 minutes (I kid you not), asking how everything was and if we needed anything even though we answered the questions just a few minutes earlier. At first, we appreciated the attentiveness but then it became unusually excessive and we felt rushed, our conversations frequently interrupted to the point where we stopped enjoying our time at the restaurant. Less than 35 minutes into our dinner, our server was back with a take out box and a bag for it. Our experience was definitely soured. It was only mildly busy for a Saturday. We won’t be coming back to this location.

We went on October 2 and our service was fantastic! She felt it took too long to get our food even though we never felt like we waited any longer than necessary. She offered us a free dessert for the wait and we politely refused since we didn’t really want anything sweet. At the end of the meal the manager came over with a gift card for us. They went way beyond necessary to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Kudos

This is the new Olive Garden in Greenfield, IN. The food was ok. Very salty. The server was friendly but not attentive at all. He kept forgetting our orders and neglected our drinks, salad, and breadstick refills. Our bill was close to $200 for 5 people. No alcohol was ordered. The flavored lemonade wsnt mixed well and all the syrup was at the bottom of the drink causing a blast of syrupy sweet flavor in the first sip. Lots of disappointing things for such a costly meal.

Julie waited on my husband my daughter and I. She was the best server I have ever been waited on by!! We waited on nothing ever she was incredibly kind and service was amazing!! I’ve been serving and bartending for 17 years and I know people like her are hard to come by!! She is the type of person that will keep people coming back over and over not just for the food but her incredibly kind attitude and amazing service!! I know my family will and well be requesting Julie!!
