I had a great experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Robert! He was attentive, very friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. He checked in often without being overbearing and gave great recommendations. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Very good food and friendly hostesess. However, on your servers, Kaila, did not provide very good service when we were seated in the bar area and there was only one other party in there with us. We actually got put in the bar area before too and her service was just mediocore, not bad enough to write a review about, but today it was a total letdown and made the whole experience much worse. She started off nice, and she was a nice server, but that was the best part. She rushed us through the ordering process, I had questions but I guess she did not have “time” for them even though there was only one other customer. Then when my drink needed refilled, she quickly looked at my drink, then proceeded to go to the back kitchen. This was fine because I figured she was going to bring our food out because we have been waiting quite a while, but she actually brought food out for herself and was eating it infront of us (with her back facing us hoping we would not see). Normally I would let this go because she is a human being and eats too, but my drink stayed empy the entire time she stood there and ate, and also invited other servers to stand behind the bar with her. The entire time was very unproffessional. Please keep her away from behind the bar if she can not give at least decent service.

Had an overall good experience but we noticed that the manager Kalista was not a very nice person to be around and looked like she did not want to be there. Our server Zoe, however, did a wonderful job and the food was pretty good. We got the new mushroom ravioli and it was very good, will be getting again.

Excellent dining experience tonite! From the host, to the cooks, everything was excellent — the warm welcome and seating, the attentiveness and attention to detail of our waiter, the refteshing drinks we ordered, the delicious dishes offered — everything was on point even up to receiving our check and experiencing a smooth payment! Thank you. We needed that after undergoing my 2nd Chemotherapy treatment .

Stopped in on our road trip from BG back home to Columbus. TONY was Ana amazing server. Wife and I are retired servers and we appreciate good service. We have a 6 year old and Tony saw my son circled what he wanted and that was great. He was on top of everything and very polite. If we are ever in the area we will come back and we will be looking for Tony.

As a single mom to 4, its hard to navigate when I go out in public and need to use the restroom. I was going to use the bathroom when I walked in but we got sat immediately, no complaints on that! After we sat down in the back of the restaurant, I quickly realized I couldn’t wait or walk to the bathroom. I asked our server to get the manager when they had a second, not realizing I didn’t clarify with her it wasn’t anything bad (poor thing thought it was). He came over and I apologetically asked if he could watch my kids so I could run to the bathroom real fast. He said yes with no hesitation. My kids had nothing but nice things to say about Drew when I was away. As a mom, I am so thankful I didn’t have to take 4 kids (10,9,3&7m) to a bathroom. Our server was extremely kind and understanding as my toddler threw a tantrum after all our food came out. 10/10 service tonight. Thank you to you two! ♡

With the covid restrictions we had to wait in our car for seating. They got us in earlier than the tome they told us the wait would be the staff was friendly and helpful. We had 3 happy kids when they got their meals. It was an enjoyable experience.

Food was amazing. I took my mother Here for mother’s day and they was packet but got us a table within 5 minutes of arrival with no reservations. The food was prepared perfect and the service was top notch. Thanks Olive Garden!!!! For making my mother’s special day perfect.

The food was decent not great. I asked for light sauce and they poured half of the pot of sauce on my ravioli. The sauce was chunky in some areas as if it were refrigerated. Food and sauces need to be made fresh not frozen! I feel like I was a part of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares tv show. Just a total and absolute mockery of Italian restaurants! Additionally, for one person there is absolutely no reason why I or anyone else should have to wait ONE HOUR!!!!! I was told 30-35 minutes max and they clearly did not know what they were talking about. They were not that busy at the time I arrived and those who showed up after me got seated, ate, and left before I even got seated. It’s no wonder why Cheddar’s had a line out the door!
I hope this gets turned around in a hurry because this is not what paying customers deserve. Please get this fixed immediately!! If it is not fixed I will definitely not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.
