Had lovely dinner last night. Think they need to train waitress a bit better.she gave good service but coarse. Our soup dishes were chipped; she planted a metal container of soft rolls on top of our soft rolls; she delivered entrees on top of our salad and soup plates instead of clearing off empty dishes to serve the entree??? Seemed so ignorant but oh well the food and price is very good.

Had trouble with the food, didn’t taste good, but my server Lacey was the best! I tried a couple different dishes but finally settled on minestrone soup. We were also disappointed in the lack of wine selection. We wanted red table wine but they were out of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The very best part of our visit was our server Lacey. She was determined to make everything right.

I’ve not dined inside yet, but ordered curbside probably 20 times since I moved here a year ago. Their service is impeccable. I’m not actually a huge fan of the food and find it a bit pricey. However they give a ton of pasta with the dishes I choose, and that makes it possible to split into two meals and make it more cost effective. Also the staff have learned how to exceptionally handle curbside delivery. When they walk an order outside, they always check on other vehicles waiting to make sure whose order it is and offer them a drink while waiting. WHen I was given a wrong order one time, the website system make it easy to report and I was swiftly given a comp for a free meal.

Great experience. The food was served hot and it was delicious; I got The Tour of Italy. It was my Birthday when we were there. The waiter was very nice and I’m sorry that I forgot his name. He was awesome though.

Never giving a tip b4 service again. 100.00 order, with two kids. What was ordered for kids I labeled,”kids”.
I get that the mints are a complimentary thing, but just knowing there were a few items labled kids….they could’ve put more mints in the order.
1 mint for a hundred dollar order for 6. If your togo order makers make minimum wage, then why am I tipping anyway.
From now on, my tip will be in cash…after the delivery. If one is warranted.

Met most of my family at here to celebrate my birthday There were 9 of us in a little alcove at it was very nice and quieter than being in the main area. We had a great time and the food was beyond delicious! I had the ‘new’ entree Chicken Marsala and it was scrumptious! I even got my choice of dessert and it was heavenly! You won’t be disappointed when you visit Olive Garden!!!

Service was fine. Multiple people checked in. It’s just the food at Olive garden is so subpar. No flavor. It’s like are they just rehating frozen food? This is my 3rd time there in my life I was hoping it changed but if you ask me the food was worse this time..
