Worst restaurant experience in our lives (& I’m 70 yo)!!! Service & food sucked! I was ready to leave but they finally brought the salad. We asked for breadsticks 3 times…we got them AFTER the entrees! The 2nd time, the waitress asked if we needed anything & we said breadsticks. She was carrying some on her tray, but she gave them to another table.The diet coke was flat (again). I returned my mixed drink twice, & told waitress pop was flat. They brought another flat drink! I drank water. The entrees had fettuccine but they didn’t come with spoons to eat the noodles with. It took sooo long for straws, salad & entrees, we didn’t even ask. I was so upset, I couldn’t eat! We asked for the manager(Ryan)…it took him 5 minutes to come to our table! He didn’t asked what was wrong , he just said he would comp our meals. Ryan & waitress said they were short staffed. I may be wrong, but why would you seat customers knowing you couldn’t wait on them???? I think they (not sure if it was management or our waitress) picked our table to screw knowing they would comp the meal. Not a good business practice! Since Ryan didn’t bother to ask, I had to find him to tell him the Tour of Italy entree was awful! The chicken parm was burnt soo bad it couldn’t be cut, the fettuccine was dry & we were so upset, we couldn’t even try the lasagna (it looked dry too)! He offered to get a new entree to go, but by then we couldn’t wait to get out there! This isn’t the 1st time we’ve had bad service at this location. This was soo bad, I will NEVER go back to this location . They turned a nice dinner out into a nightmare!!!

We love Olive Garden so I am leaving a 4 for the food but, want to make sure someone gets feedback about the pick up order situation. It would be nice for your system to limit the number of to go orders, especially on nights where you anticipate large crowds. As a consumer I would rather know I can’t place a pick up order until 7:00 with a reasonable wait time instead of waiting in your parking lot for 40 minutes.

I have ate here for many many years, and never had any issue, always great, fast service and amazing food!! but today definitely impressed me. I got a to go Order and not only was it ready for me Exactly at the time of the pick up was scheduled for, but the manager came out and told me that as they were gathering my food in a bag, they noticed a special instruction and the cooks missed to see, it was only five minutes that I had to wait for Them to correct it l, which was absolutely no problem considering I barely Waited but the to go service was amazing and were very respectful/nice. Even more impressive, they even complemented me with a $15 gift card for my hold up. Absolutely A+ !! It is very refreshing to have such polite and great service in the food industry! Thank you Olive garden employees & staff!

Had them cater for 20 people. I waited 40 minutes for my pickup so I was late with dinner. Food quality was disappointing.
We then met a group of friends meet at 5:00 PM on New Year’s Eve. It took two hours to get our food. Again, quality was poor. Our server was very good. She was embarrassed and had food taken off everyone’s bill.

This place was absolutely amazing! We came in as a party of ten on October 3rd between 7:00 and 8:30, and the entire staff went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten the names of our waitress and the manager because they truly deserve a shoutout. The food was delicious, just like always, and the service was top tier! When one of my little ones got sick during the meal, they handled it with so much kindness and professionalism, quickly bringing us a bowl and helping clean up without making us feel uncomfortable. That kind of genuine care and customer service is rare these days. We left so impressed and grateful. ♥️

We have been to this Olive Garden twice. Service is always great atmosphere is always good to be here. The food however was atrocious it was great texture sauce was super thick like how Alfredo should be. The flavor was so bland it felt like I was just eating the noodles. Decent place tho 6/10
