Celebrating anniversary and this was our choice. They offered the endless pasta and that’s what we got. I got soup with mine and my husband for salad. Everything came out fresh and hot. Our waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. I also ordered a Togo entree. Thank you for all time.

The service was great, the waitress was great. I ordered the lasagna and it was awful, nothing like the lasagna pictured on the menu or what I’ve had before at Olive Garden. What I was served is the left picture and what is on the menu is the right picture – what a piece of crap.

We just had a birthday party last week. There were about 14 people. We had 2 servers who were so kind and seemed to enjoy our party. The birthday gal was 81. Her 83 year old cousin sat across, and they were surrounded by love. They brought her out the dessert she chose, topped with lit candles and sang happy birthday with us and we passed cake to everyone. The bill was very reasonable.

We were seated quickly on a busy Sunday. They seated us in a busy front area that was very noisy and a child crying constantly. The food was hot and really good. Breadsticks were a little burned and hard. 2nd batch was hot and fresh. Waitress was really good.

Called ahead for a pick up order, drove up to get it. NOOOOOO place to park for pick up, ALL spots taken. NOOOOO other spots open either. So like a shark, I circled that place, waiting for the right time to attack a spot, and yes I was hangry. Without fail, the circus monkeys driving into the full lot completely forgot how to drive, like oh, no place to park, what do I do. Finally, a spot opened, I parked and let them know I was there and they brought the food, pretty quick. It was then that I realized, getting out was gonna be harder than getting in, because there were more sharks in the lot. I would have been ok because, I had food and a fork, but I didnt have to eat there. I FINALLY eecked my way out and made it home to still warm food. So FYI, parking sucks.

Our family enjoyed a very nice meal. Our server, Joseph, was exceptional! His tabkeside manner was so professional,that I asked if he had training. Our food was delicious and filling,as usual. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a sit down Italian chain,the only detraction was the fact that the ledge near the table where we were seated had,quite obviously,not been cleaned in some time,as it was noticeably dusty.

We went there five nights and only once was the food good the other four nights the food was absolutely either cold or raw or terrible and wrong it’s sad when the other people u meet in the restaurant only say “we go here bc it’s right off the thruway not bc it’s good in anyway” . Nobody cares. Nobody does anything there the cooks sit there in the window at the bar, twisting the braids in their hair like coolio with no gloves on the women are too worried about their phones. No wonders the place has no one in there. It should be shut down.Absolutely disgusting. The food is either burnt or wrong and they try to make it sound like there doing there job. This restaurant was right on pace with the hotel. I stayed at close it down, absolutely condemned. Nobody cares nabout anything not ever their job. Find another job bc ur days are up as a cook or server or even restaurant owner. Now I know why they call Cleveland “the mistake by the lake”

We had a lot of issues during our visit, and I’m not usually one to complain about my food, but this experience was unusually poor. My chair felt like it was seconds away from falling apart, and I had to switch to another one. The soup we ordered barely had any gnocchi or chicken, and the portions were extremely small. I had to send it back, and the same issue happened with several bowls.
The peppers in my meal were cut into very large chunks instead of strips, and overall the portion sizes seemed unusually small. We were repeatedly shorted on breadsticks with hardly any garlic seasoning, and our server removed the breadstick bowl from the table before we could pack up our leftovers. We also weren’t given a plastic bag or breadstick bag with our takeout containers.
On top of that, the tablet wouldn’t scan our gift cards. The entire experience was very disappointing. While the service was extremely fast, it felt rushed based on what I saw coming out of the kitchen. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. We left at 9:30, and they didn’t close until 11, so it didn’t feel like they were trying to push us out.
I visited the Mentor location the week prior and had a completely opposite experience, so I can only assume these issues are specific to this location.

Having an engaging server makes everything that much better. Brandon, made everything excellent from start to finish! We hadn’t been to Olive Garden in years mainly because of diet and watch carbs . I’m so glad we ended up there. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding and you can’t beat the atmosphere! I had the Stuffed Chicken Marsala which I would definitely recommend. My son had the never ending bowl of Alfredo with Crunchy Chicken. He ate 2 bowls so I think it’s fair to say, he loved it! Overall, if you find yourself in Middleburg Hts OH sometime, I strongly suggest the Olive Garden! It won’t dissapoint!
