Beautiful cozy atmosphere. Very welcoming environment. Wheelchair and handicap accessible bathrooms and parking are available. This is a good place to have a business dinner or lunch. This is a good place to have a family get together..

Loved our experience here!! Our waitress Allie was absolutely lovely. (I somehow put Ame on my survey but it’s Allie!!!) She was so kind and such a hard worker. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a good evening. I was visiting my family from England with my partner and we eventually found out that she used to visit her family in our small English town every summer! Loved the connection. She was so so sweet and we loved our experience, not just because of the food (although it was delicious), but because of the amazing service. Great work Allie 🙂

For being a chain the food is completely inoffensive and if anything is in pretty large portions.
Biggest thing I can say about this specific Olive garden is that the service was probably the most top-notch I’ve ever seen in many different sit down chain restaurants. The waiter was on top of our Waters and got our food very quickly.

Have not been to an Olive Garden that was disappointing. These folks were very friendly. Great food as always. I must have been to 20-30 different Olive Gardens, as I travel with my job. I get the signature “TOUR OF ITALY “

The breadsticks be warm and soft as a calm sea, the pasta dishes be hearty and rich, and the sauces be flavorful enough to make ye shout “Avast!” The crew be friendly and welcoming, treatin’ every guest like part o’ the ship’s crew, and the atmosphere be comfortable and inviting for a long meal with mates. Every year for the last 8 years on my late Granny’s bornday, I eat at Olive Garden. She loved going there for her bornday. This year, same for the last 3/4 years, I took my granny’s photo and enjoyed the same meal as always. This time, I had the table set for two (heard to set a plate for the ancester), and my server understood the moment I was having. If you’re ever at the Mentor, Ohio Olive Garden, please sit in the server in the pictures area. He was Awesome!!!!! He deserves a Raise!

This location is absolutely beautiful inside. (A little chilly so bring a sweater) our server was wonderful and attentive. I only rated 4 stars on the food because I ordered mariners and somehow got the spicy sauce which was incredibly spice I might add. The server said there was a mix up with the cooks In the kitchen and she was very apologetic. All around a pleasant experience.

The atmosphere was very busy which was okay except for the crying infant that was seated behind us. It took a long time to get a server to come and take our order at least 15 minutes I had to ask for someone to please get someone to take our order. No water was offered although I seen other patrons being seated and their servers brought them water immediately, ours didnt bother. When he finally took the drink order he disappeared without taking our food order although we were ready to order once again we were left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time just to get our drinks he disappeared again and I had to ask for our server to come and take our orders he did not come right away when he did come and take our orders I chose soup and my husband chose salad with our entrees once again he disappeared and we were left waiting a long time and had to ask another server is it possible we could get the salad soup and breadsticks to get started he found my server and he brought salad, soup and no breadsticks after another long wait we had to ask are there any breadsticks because I seen other patrons being served breadsticks but not us . Although he finally brought the soup and salad we did not get any breadsticks until he bought our entrees, I observed other servers giving their patrons breadsticks over and over It was so much waiting and sending for the server such a long time to get anything from our server to eat however I saw other people being served timely not sitting there constantly sending for their server.
When we found he did get our entrees almost an hour later the meatballs and spaghetti and tour of Italy was hot and tasty accept the chicken parmesan which was cooked too hard the same as the last time. Do better Olive Garden

I have gone to the Mentor, Ohio Olive Garden for over 20 years now, and have had nothing but wonderful service, good food, and good times.
Today, my usual server, Michelle, was amazing, per usual. She automatically brought out my husband and my usual drinks and remembered what we ordered, and we confirmed what we wanted, then she was back with our food within 15 minutes. Delicious and fresh out of the oven food.
Absolutely will always return.

This olive garden is fantastic. Great service, quality food and can be affordable if you play your cards right. I have also gotten take out from here and was very suprised by the quality and amount of food you get. Would highly recommend for anyone!
