Our food was delicious. We got the tour of Italy and shrimp Alfredo. Highly recommend, and it was a lot more than we could eat. Service was great although our waiter didn’t bring our appetizers until after the food. It was fine though. Nice guy!

Food was ok, could’ve been better. We ordered 4 apps to share as a meal. After several minutes when we asked our server where our 4th app was, we found out it had been sitting in back because the person who brought it out didn’t realize it went with our other 3 apps. It was the ravioli app which is already on the dry side too begin with so it ended up being crunchy and hard to eat.

got home with wrong order. every time I try to call in a to go order they answer put you on hold and then you get disconnected. my order was wrong . my boyfriends order was wrong. if your going to upcharge everything at least get the orders right. staff are very nice though.

Zuppa is my absolute favorite when I go there and I was very disappointed tonight because it was not hot, actually it was lightly warm and didn’t even melt the cheese when she shredded it on top. Our waitress was fantastic we loved her and look forward to hopefully seeing her again if we return.

They were just having a bad day, none of the waitstaff knew who was supposed to have our section as well as 2 connecting. The calamari was overcooked for the 1st time. Just a bad day, everyone can have one. Still a great place.
