Im usually pretty understanding when it comes to service. I wasn’t thrilled, especially for the time of day and the number of tables our waiter had. The food was amazing, but our waiter didn’t remove any of our empty glasses or plates, not even the large empty salad bowl. By the time our party of 3 was finished, our table was very congested. We didn’t get our salad or bread sticks until our appetizers arrived. Definitely didn’t receive the same amazing service we received just a few weeks before! Our waiter may have been new or just having a bad day, but at the least, he could’ve removed the large salad bowl and our empty appetizer dishes. Left a decent tip, but it would’ve been much better had the service been better!!

Waitress had no personality at all. She was very much a “transactional” person and did not add any value to our dining experience. The hostess was the exact opposite and was very welcoming and friendly. With that being said, the food was spot on with every experience we’ve had at Olive Garden. It was fresh, hot, and tasty.

Service was eh we waited for a long while for several things, and after asking for a water refill, and asking for a to-go bowl he was pretty slow I did see the manager he came and asked if everything was OK, I didn’t say anything maybe he was having a bad day, he also brought me the wrong food, it’s ok it got taken care of but just wanted to share, also you guys made my soup less than it used to be if you are going to charge me more, don’t take any food away from me and make it less, Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants but not with the prices double this is ridiculous.
