I planned to go here for Valentine’s Day. The wait was expectingly long considering the day and so we waited the over hour wait. I got a text saying our table was ready and went straight to the hostess stand. I get another text while talking to the host, standing right in front of her, saying they canceled. I told her that there was a mistake and she just stared at me without saying anything and then went back to her tablet, ignoring me. It’s not like we took 5 minutes to respond after getting notified. I tried to tell her that we’ve been waiting over an hour and there was something wrong. She said nothing about us even having a reservation of sorts and told us that there is 25 people in front of us and that they are short staffed. She didn’t even look at us. And she said “huh?” at least three times because she wasn’t paying attention. I didn’t expect an apology. I know it was a very busy day. Perhaps it was the computers doing, but she could have at least looked at us. I wish I got her name. We wasted our Valentine’s day and I was very sad.
I got another text at Steak and Shake an hour and half later, saying our table was ready. It took Steak and Shake 15 minutes for burgers and fries while they were jammed. Don’t go to Ashland’s Olive Garden. Their Steak and Shake will treat you better.

We visited the Olive Garden in Ashland, KY & had the BEST experience. Our server was Kylie B. and she was phenomenal! Very professional, quick to answer and questions & made sure our food was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be back & will always request her from now on.

Excellent! My server was quick to get me a menu and a soft drink. Plenty of food and the choice of seafood pasta was very good. Plenty of Salad which was great. Haven’t been to an Olive Garden in years so this one made a good impression. Thanks!

We just ate here for lunch. It was busy but it was NOT chaotic busy like it can be. We asked for a booth and saw multiple open and the girls refused to sit us at one. (There was no wait) We were sat at a table by the bathrooms and it was so loud because of the dishwasher in the back right next to the table.
We were sat at 12:30 (we know this because we received a phone call right when we sat down). Our server came to us at 12:40 to take our order. We ordered cheese dip for the breadsticks and our drinks. Our breadsticks came out and salad at 12:50. We still had no drinks. 12:55 comes around and I finally asked another server to speak to a manager. When the server went to get him our server had finally showed up with our drinks at 12:57…
30 minutes with no drinks.
The manager ended up coming to our table and getting us some refills halfway through our meal.
We saw 3 sets of tables be sat, served, and check out all within the time frame we were here. It also took 10 minutes after paying just to get a box.
We’re very laid back people. But the drink situation was a major error. Maybe if the server is new, not have them work a Sunday during lunch hour. Or lower their tables until they can provide good service. Not sure.
Regardless we probably won’t be back.

This place was amazing!! First time me or my partner had gone and we are sorry we hadn’t! The atmosphere was beautiful! The waitress we had (sorry we can’t remember her name) was awesome and very patient with us for being first timers! My partner, sadly, doesn’t like salad all to much but lettece, the waitress said that was fine and actually placed all the extras on a plate for me and gave us a large bowl of just lettece! That was awesome of her!! Then came the food.. it was just amazing! We got the five cheese ziti and cheese ravioli and they were just so good!! Overall experience was excellent and we will definitely be going back!

Service was acceptable but not standout, and the overall experience felt average. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing rose above expectations either.

Our waitress, Jacqueline, was the best!! She was very observant, staying on top of refills as well as checking in on any needs we might have. She was so kind and truly cared about the service she provided. Our son said “she was real, not a fake nice person.”
The food was great, it was prepared and served in a timely manner, without big time gaps in-between appetizers, salads and the main dishes. Everything was fresh, presentation matched the menu images. Highly recommend

Let’s start with the wait….. We waited 2:45 hours. Yes, hours.thats showing up at 5:20 p.m. Then we were finally seated, it was 49 minutes before I received my drink.The service was horrible. But, the food was good. I really think it’s a management problem. No one should ever have to wait that long to eat.

So I’m a server myself and I would never NOT tip because most servers including me only get paid 2 dollars an hour. The service at this Olive Garden has always been good but I came in here with my family about 3 weeks ago and a woman who looked about 30-40 served us. She was nice but she ignored us, she wasn’t polite, she was not helpful, she was overall rude and just not tentative with us. Despite how nice we were the service was just not great. I understand working in the service industry is rough but do not take it out on respectful and nice customers.
