Olive Garden has good food and consistent service, and the staff was friendly during our visit. The meals came out as expected and the atmosphere was calm. However, the restaurant could really use a refresh and more attention to cleanliness. A deeper cleaning and some updates would make a big difference in the overall experience. Still a decent place to eat, but there’s room for improvement.

Waited almost a half an hour to get seated at a table. Even though there were plenty of tables (see pictures) available. We did have a great server. Nick with the curly hair did a great job. I was also surprised at how long it took them to clear dirty tables once the customers left.

We went to Olive Garden on a Friday night and used the website to join the waitlist, which worked great and saved us from waiting for a table.
We ordered the Baked Ziti and the Tour of Italy. Overall, both were good, with the standouts being the Chicken Parmesan (crispy, flavorful, though a bit on the smaller side) and the Fettuccine Alfredo, which was rich and satisfying. The lasagna was less traditional than expected—more like a casserole with smaller noodles rather than layered pasta—and the Baked Ziti had a slightly bitter tomato flavor that threw off the balance for me.
Of course, the breadsticks and salad were just as great as always. The salad is consistently fresh with that classic Olive Garden Italian dressing that keeps people coming back. We also took home a slice of pumpkin cheesecake, which looked amazing—we’re saving that treat for later.
Service was friendly and fast, and while Olive Garden isn’t a place we visit often, this visit was a solid experience.

We used to stop into the Olive Garden on Mall Road for lunch. The host told us that they were short staffed on wait staff and so we would have to wait. As we ventured to the restroom during our way, we saw that many of the waiters and waitresses were going through a training session in the back of the restaurant. We were seated within 10 minutes. Our waiter was prompt in greeting us. Our salad and entrees were delicious. I felt a little sorry for our waiter. He had many tables and was doing his best to keep up, but our service was not up to par. He did apologize for this, and we appreciated that. It’s interesting to watch how people dress in this restaurant. There are people that come in dressed like they’re going to a special occasion. Then there are people, like us, dressed in blue jeans and a nice shirt. Lastly, there are people who show up who looked as if they just rolled out in bed and barely got their clothes on to go to lunch. It gives us a lot to look at.

I give our experience 5 stars because of Randy, our rock star waiter who did an amazing job on 2/7/26 !! When he saw that the table we were assigned too was not going to be big enough, he moved us to the table in the private room that we originally requested in the first place. We were here celebrating a birthday and he couldn’t have been more on the ball with everything. Best waiter we have had in a long time! The food was excellent too !!! Will be back!! Thanks Randy!!

Ate their with my accuaintence and her baby. In Florence KY, had such a great experience, our waitress was top notch and everything was Amazing. Been to many restaurants in my life, this was by Alot the best place I’ve ever been to. Definitely not going anywhere else to eat from now on. Olive Garden is the best restaurant in Florence KY PERIOD!!

I’ve been here for lunch & dinner. The food is good, quality control is also good. I’ve ordered the same meal at different times & have received it tasting and looking the same. Service is great for both lunch & dinner; never had to ask for a refill. If you get anything to go they’ll pack & bag it for you if you’d like.
Also got take out from here recently. Portions are the same as they’d be in the restaurant (if they’re not exact it is pretty close), and the food is well packaged.

It was another great experience eating my favorite dish and trying a couple of drinks I’ve never had. The server and the host were awesome. I love the way she places the menu down on the table and opens it up after she seated us it was a very nice touch. I will continue to come here for years to come.

Was a fairly frequent patron of this place but had never tried the delivery. Tried it Sunday at 4:30pm. The order stated we would receive it at 5:46pm. After that time came and went with no contact, I called the restaurant. Was told I would need to talk to a manager. Waited on hold for more than 16 minutes and gave up with no answer to where my food was. Driver finally texted and said they were in a long line waiting for it. Sent a complaint on the website and got no response there either. Finally received our very cold food at 7:05pm. If you can’t handle delivery when the restaurant is busy, you shouldn’t offer it. Won’t bother making that mistake again.

Such a wonderful experience here! Even though they were busy, we were seated right away. Service was top notch and so friendly and helpful. They were all extra sweet to our toddler daughter too! Food was great as well.
