I stopped in for a quick glass of wine and an appetizer after I had been out shopping. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was great. She had a very positive attitude and she was fast. I enjoyed a glass of chardonnay and had the cheese stuffed ziti. Everything was delicious!

Didn’t even get to the food part cause the service was so bad, I couldn’t stay. Walked in and was greeted by no one. Me and another customer stood there for at least 10 min before we were acknowledged. I sat at the bar and no one was there. I sat by myself and all I could overhear was what I think was the bartender in the back complaining, waitresses included. Oh it was so bad. There were other staff there but it didn’t seem like anyone wanted to work or they were tired. Either way, I walked out. If the food was any reflection of the staff’s attitude that work there, I didn’t feel confident that I would have a good experience and I was not wasting my money.

I had a bad experience here last week and left a review detailing that. The DM and manager reached out to me and apologized and invited me back. I went back last night and had Rodney as a server. He was great and the food was great. The experience was a complete 180°and was like I went to a different restaurant. I will be back for that chicken tortellini Alfredo very soon.

Service was terrible. Order all you can eat salad soup and breadsticks. Got 3 breadsticks 30 minutes after the food came. We had to ask for more salad and then questioned about wanting more. Brought out soup with no soup. Could never get the waitress’ attention to get more drinks or to go box. When we left, she was sitting with her back to the dining room on her phone. There were more people in the lobby than seated at tables. The hostess kept disappearing, and people were waiting to check in.

The service and atmosphere was good. The server Briesha was very nice and attentive to our table. There was a change in the bread sticks. The taste was bland and left a after taste,everything else I had was good. Get the old bread sticks back.

I found a huge cockroach climbing the bench to the wall behind my friend. I alerted her about the cockroach and we told our waiter. He helped us move to another area then found the roach and smashed it with his foot. He was apologetic and responsive to the situation, but we were utterly disgusted. We lost our appetites and tried to continue eating, but it was impossible with the sick feeling in our guts. We spent the remainder of our dinner feeling icky and looking around to make sure that we didn’t spot any more roaches. The manager did not come to our table to apologize or offer anything to make our experience more enjoyable. When asked if we were ready for our bills, I asked the waiter if it was possible to get our dinner comped due to the roach incident. He said that his manager didn’t like to do that but he would ask. He returned and said that he could take 25% off our bills. In my opinion, the manager should have rectified the situation by coming to our table immediately after learning about the cockroach incident and offer to cover our dinners, which was only $30 total. Good customer service is making sure that your customers want to keep visiting your restaurant and recommend it to friends and families, which we will certainly not now. I do not recommend this Olive Garden location to anyone. We appreciated our waiter, but the restaurant itself was gross and has poor customer service.

This place has been going down hill and we stopped going. On a wild whim we decided to give them another chance. To our surprise they had remodeled the restaurant. It’s brighter and definitely cleaner. The hostess station still seems to have a little trouble seating people. There are so many people working there seems like it’s one employee for every patron. Anyway, I ordered chicken Alfredo. My wife got zucchini noodle thing and the kids got chicken Alfredo kids meals. They didn’t have any broccoli but the fries were very good. Everything was hit and tasted fresh. Much better experience. We sat by the kitchen so there was quite a bit of noise from the cooks and wait staff and players as who ever else was back there. Employees need to be careful of what they say within war shot of customers.
