Ordered the seafood Alfredo off the menu while eating with my people, and was patient about my food choices. It was a busy night and all that, and my order arrived looking like this. The pasta was very dry and under cooked, and the dish looked like there was no sauce or the minimum amount at best. Powered through roughly half it as best I could, but it was too dry. My friend next to me ordered the unlimited salad and a drink and after 2 hours of waiting, he never got it.

Let me just start by saying that I have no photos of restaurant because the manager, Jacob, came to me in waiting area and stated, “I saw you taking photos of restaurant but you cannot take photos!!!” REALLY! I’ve traveled to 43 of the 50 states and ate in much nicer restaurants and NEVER had any establishment stated this except a few museums. I can visit the MET museum one of 4 largest in world and take photos of priceless paintings by Van Gogh, Degas, etc. but not one photo of the Olive Garden in MS. This is really a joke! They should want a good reviews especially since I am a top reviewer. It can only bring more business. But Jacob was young and didn’t know any better.
The staff was very nice especially the hostess Vanetta. It was our servers, Caleb, first day and he did a good job. They all had wonderful attitudes and that made the visit better. But rest assured I will NEVER RETURN!!
The best food was the appetizers we had the fried raviolis and shrimp!! The meals were okay. The broccoli was filled with salt!!! Really didn’t enjoy the meals we took most home and I put in garbage because not worth eating. Great presentation but not what I’m use to and why I rarely visit this chain.

We haven’t been to this location in over 10 years. We gave it a try today and were pleasantly surprised. Great service and food was even better. Definitely give this location another try. Joi was the manager and opened the door for us and Chandlyn was our server and was great.

The manager on duty was all about quality customer service! She kept her staff on their toes in a professional manner. Due to the fact that they were busy with multiple orders, the manager offered me a drink and dessert. She didn’t have to do it but was appreciated. Her ability to keep up with the names of the many orders was impressive also!

This place has been going down hill and we stopped going. On a wild whim we decided to give them another chance. To our surprise they had remodeled the restaurant. It’s brighter and definitely cleaner. The hostess station still seems to have a little trouble seating people. There are so many people working there seems like it’s one employee for every patron. Anyway, I ordered chicken Alfredo. My wife got zucchini noodle thing and the kids got chicken Alfredo kids meals. They didn’t have any broccoli but the fries were very good. Everything was hit and tasted fresh. Much better experience. We sat by the kitchen so there was quite a bit of noise from the cooks and wait staff and players as who ever else was back there. Employees need to be careful of what they say within war shot of customers.

Took 30 minutes to get our sides and after we were done with the side the waiter came 15 minutes after we were done and she took out plates and sat them one the tables next to ours. Those tables sat there with dishes on them from us and the people before us the interior time we were there. 15 minutes after that we finally got our main dish and mine had a peace of hair in my food and when we got our sides they didn’t give us silverware. When we got our bill the waiter sat over our shoulder and watched use. At that point we decided to say something about it. And the gave us a refund

i usually go to olive garden once a year for my sisters birthday. i went for dinner tonight with 8 people to celebrate my birthday. i had a great time . service was amazing so was the manager lady was very nice and the food was great as usual!!

Wow, the food was very good & delicious. I was barely able to take pictures of the food we were eating so fast. We didn’t have to wait long before our entrée arrived. We were on a family outing as always. It was a beautiful fellowship. Thanks Olive Garden for making it a successful day. Can’t wait to return.
