On vacation in Tupelo, Mississippi. Took the relatives and family to the Olive Garden. It was a pleasant experience and everything was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Alex, the Alberto the manager was awesome!! Definitely worth it to visit when in the area.

When we were seated the area was cold, when the waitress came to take our drink order I asked for the temperature to be adjusted or to be moved, she came back with our drinks I asked again, she told me the manager was the only one who could take care of it and she would let him know, when she came back with the salad I asked again, she said she had told him, at that time I asked to speak to the manager, when he came out, he told me the waitress had said something to him and he seemed to have an attitude. After we were done eating the temperature was adjusted. When I received my bill it was double the price listed on the menu, again the waitress went to check, in the meantime the manager game back and said he got the temperature changed and asked if it was okay, I told him no we were done eating by then. I asked him about the bill for the food and he adjusted the price.
The place was filthy at 2:30 in the afternoon, spaghetti slopped on the walls we cleaned our own seats before sitting down and the air conditioner vents had mold on them in the ceiling.
This is not what I expected from Olive garden!!

Everything started out fine. Arrived around 630 and got right in. Was seated in the bar area for some reason? Not sure about that. Table was extremely sticky, had to be wiped down again. Lights over the tables have different bulbs in them. Definitely takes away from the ambience. Food was good and came out promptly but as the restaurant filled up our server became more and more frazzled. He obviously had to many tables. By the time we left I actually felt bad for him as we stepped over the second drink we saw him spill on the floor from rushing.

Yall had the most amazing server! She was so friendly, loving and warm! She went above and beyond to make our day! Its true when the bible says,”you could be entertaining angels” bc she was an angel. To me when I think of Italian food or just the culture its about good food and good people and you can tell when people really do enjoy their job bc it shows in the quality they put in the work they do! So when you go to Olive Garden in Tupelo tell your hostest that you want Curtessa as your serve trust me you will be doing yourself a favor!

All 5 of us loved our food, drinks, and desserts! Kudos to the manager for personally coming to our table to discuss a gluten allergy in our group! Great service and always a lovely atmosphere! The $6 take home meals are a great idea! Highly recommend!

Our Saturday afternoon visit ended up being good, but we were really concerned when we sat down and started trying to decide what to order. According to the menu, the lunch specials are only good Monday through Friday. We didn’t know, so that was our bad. But the difference in the prices for the full meal portions was astonishing. $Almost 20 for a serving of Chicken Alfredo. Woowee. Our party of 3 wasn’t prepared to spend $60 plus drinks and tip on a pasta lunch. After settling on items we weren’t thrilled about to keep the price down, I thought to ask the server if there was a special not on the menu since we were kind of taken aback by the prices. I’m so glad we did because we were able to order from the weekday lunch menu. That $11 meal per person was enough food for us to take home leftovers after we noshed on the delicious salad and breadsticks. I loved my eggplant parmigana, and the spaghetti & meatballs was perfectly al dente and covered in tasty marinara. My daughter got the kids pepperoni pizza and fries (a great deal at $6, especially since it includes a drink), and she loved it.
Follow up: on a separate visit today, our server Sasha S. was fantastic! She was patient and attentive, and we hope she knows how much we enjoyed having her wait on us! We had baked ziti, lasagna, and fried cheese, and they were all delicious!

We really like the Tupelo Olive Garden Restaurant. The location is great, near to our hotel and to downtown area. The food was very good and served piping hot. Our server was great, friendly and attentive and the entire experience was very good.

Had a great time everything was clean and the server was very nice but the food was not good at all. Chicken was chewy like expected but I ordered a steak that was supposed to be cooked medium rare but it was raw. Won’t be going back there.
