I am fan of olive garden, I have been over the years visiting Olive Garden all over the country, do that I am truck driver.
This Olive Garden is the worse that I have been, customer service here is terrible, you treat better a dog. The lady in the posted picture was the most terrible person with very bad actitud I have ever seen. And finally when I was using the restroom 2 members of the restaurant didn’t was their hands, disgusting.
I do not recommend this Olive garden, I think that this place need a better staff

The chicken gnocchi, had no gnocchi in there. The spicy sausage soup (I forgot the name) has no sausage. The herb salmon I ordered, it was so burned. I can taste the bitterness. The bread was still good.

The one star is for the front Hostess. She took our name told us it would be 10-15 minutes for our party of 6, We checked in with her multiple times and was told it would be a few minutes longer. Other parties of 6 were being seated before us, that came in after us. Finally after 45 or more minutes we again went up to the hostess and she said she didn’t have our name or phone number. The manager miraculously appeared and found us in the system, She said that it was noted that we didn’t respond to our text. We never got a text, nor was our name called out like others were. We were sitting right beside the hostess station, so we heard all the names being called. No apologies were ever given, but we were escorted to a table. The Manager came back after we got our food and asked us if we wanted a free appetizer, which we declined since our food was already here. Our waitress was terrific, even though she had a few large tables that she was waiting on. Oh yes, I almost forgot, My husband ordered a glass of wine,. the waitress came back and told us they didn’t have anymore and the bartender was going to check in the back, That never happened. It will be a long time before we go back to Olive Garden.

Today November first we went for dinner our waiter was Robert !! He did an awesome job nice professional kept our drinks full kept checking on us and got our food out in time and everything was like we ordered . Thank you we will definitely be back

Established brand with consistently AWFUL service. Sat at the bar. Dirty. Dirty dishes piled up on the end of the counter for the entire time I ate. Had to get up and get my own flatware. Bartender was bad at his job. My unsweetened tea had 3 cubes of ice. He NEVER checked on me after I got my food. I was hungry, so that being said, I get better service at Golden Corral….. Olive Garden, WORK ON YOUR PEOPLE!!!!
