I always hesitate to go out to eat now days because of the way our world is. I must say, I was impressed. Everything came out warm, in a decent time manner, and tasted great! Our waitress, Sailor, was kind and very attentive. She would bring refills on anything that we wanted before we could ask for more. Attention to detail is the best way to put it. That’s something I look for in a server that determines how great or not they are. And she was great! In all, surprisingly great experience tonight.

My husband and I ate here on 7/2/23 for dinner, it was about 4:15 when we got there. Restaurant was not crowded but there was a large party seated. No one came to take our drink order for about 15 minutes, and I began to get upset. Soon a waitress came to our table and said that our waiter was busy with a large party. I felt very unimportant. The restaurant manager, Luke, came by and apologized for our wait and comped our appetizer which was very sweet of him to do even though I said he didn’t have to. Very nice, warm and charming guy. Our food came out very fast and was hot, and very good. Our waitress was very nice but she kind of rushed us, and brought us boxes very soon after we got our food then wanted us to pay. That’s my only other critique. Service could use a little improvement but Luke made things right and I definitely appreciated his service. We will definitely come back and hopefully next time save room for dessert.

Everything was delightful! I celebrated my birthday dinner here. My only complaint is chicken on the “Tour of Italy” was overcooked and was in the fryer too long. Our server was very delightful

We had a great dining experience. The food was fresh and hot. The waitress, Brandi brought us fresh hot bread sticks as soon as they got cold! She also put fresh cheese in our salad and chicken alfredo. She was very attentive and offered us a bottle of wine for 15.00. One of the best waitresses we have had!

My wife and I went at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday. Parked by the door. My wife uses Cane’s to walk, and we asked to be seated close to the entrance. Hostess ignored that request and walked by many, many available seats to get to a table for two. Thoughtless. Our server, though, answered all our questions, brought us everything we needed, and some things about which we merely inquired. I ordered 5 Cheese Ziti and exchanged ziti for angel hair pasta. It came with endless soup or salad, and we chose salad. The food looked and tasted delicious. The price struck me as being a bit high, but the food and service, except the hostess, was good. Enjoyed the music (Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, etc.) while we ate. We’re going back, and we’ll bring others with us.

Unfortunately there was two large parties eating at the same time as our visit. Instead of dedicating servers to the parties, they also had additional tables. We were seated at one if those tables. We ordered the soup and salad- big mistake. We sat and sat with an empty salad bowl and water glasses. Took 25 minutes to ever get our soup. Not a good day to eat at olive garden.

The salad was very good. My husband and I both ordered lasagna and wasn’t very good. It was dry and didn’t have very much sauce. Taste like it had been made a long time and dried out.
