Great service and great food. There was a line and we thought we would wait at least 20mins to be seated. Luckily, the hostess was so nice to seat us as soon as they can because I was holding up a baby in my arms. I really appreciate that and our waitress was also very nice to offer us a free dessert after we mentioned it was my mom’s birthday. We’ll definitely go back there.

This is our Olive Garden Spot. We have been coming here for years. This time was marred a bit by employees clashing. We came in were sat immediately, ordered, and as always food came out fast and delicious. Never fails. The staff is always nice no matter who’s working. Also the manager are pretty friendly and always walk around and ask how you are doing.
If I had to point something out. The sweet old Hostess is always friendly and helpful. However, She sits people where they shouldn’t because she sat us in a window with a broken blind our waitress said she told her but we didnt mind. We didnt want to make an issue. However our waitress was blinded each time she came to us. Also she sat another table in a closed section. It caused some friction with the wait staff. I think if the Hostess gets some training she should be fine. She just needs some help.

Disappointed in the ‘return’ of the mushroom ravioli. The sauce is absolutely NOT the same, this one is a really oily base and it’s a sun dried tomato style sauce. The original was a creamy style mushroom sauce. Please don’t order this and think you’re getting the original mushroom ravioli, you’ll be a let down like me

Hubby had Shrimp Alfredo & I got Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli.
Along with Salad & Breadsticks.
All of it was DELICIOUS!
I finished just about all of mine & hubby almost licked his plate clean- which is outstanding for us.
I even got a mixed drink- a Sicilian Sunset. I really needed that- & thoroughly enjoyed every drop of it too.
Our server was so sweet. She checked on us often, cleared dishes from our table regularly, was helpful regarding our gift cards… she was amazing.
The music was even pretty cool. Not alot of people or noise when we were there- totally needed that moment of silence that day.
We’ll be back… I know this because this trip… was our 3rd time dining at this location. They never fail to please!

11.23.25 – manager was very attentive you can feel they are genuine, our server was awesome, very sweet and knowledgeable! Food is always great but service always makes a difference and it’s the cherry on top! ❤️

Literally everything was wrong. First they brought out a margarita with no alcohol. Seriously it was straight up sour mix.
Please keep in mind, we weren’t trying to get me alcohol, there genuinely wasn’t any in it. According to our server, the bartender was just a server filling in at the time and had never made a drink in her life.
Then our server rang in drinks we never ordered. Brought us the wrong food two times. And then we had the extreme displeasure of meeting John, seemingly the world’s most useless manager, who’s only notable quality seems to be his ability to clear plates. There was no offer to help in any way, he just told why we were wrong and made excuses for the poor service while telling us that he wasn’t making excuses.
Plz do better. This isn’t how to you run a restaurant.

Ash is the best Olive Garden server ever !!! I know it’s not easy serving so much unlimited items to guests. Thank you for the great service. Also the sweet manager stopped by twice which was nice to see! We will be back to this location!

This experience has been UNBELIEVABLE!!! Francis is THE BEST server I have had in the 5 years I have lived in Tennessee. The management even came twice to do a table touch. I’ll start by saying customer service was not bad with that being said the server was nice but his uniform was wrinkly and dirty looking which is not a good look. As usual the salad and bread sticks were the norm I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and let’s say it was bland no flavor at all I had to add salt and pepper but that still wasn’t enough. The broccoli was bland and from the looks of it it looks like the broccoli had been frozen and cooked till done which was t very appealing or appetizing.
