My sister and I loved tonight’s experience at Olive Garden. Our server was the greatest we have met so far, her name is Jacey. As a server she was timely, friendly, and engaging, while also maintaing a good interval to check in on us so it was not disruptive. We also hope she gets her favorite pink pen back to her as she bought it today. My sister and I understand what it is like to lose a favorite pen as we both have experience in teaching.
For the food, it was delicious and served to use fast and in course style. So it was not served in one go as most places tend to these days. I appreciate the attention to detail. Our drinks were delicious! I asked for a suggestion to meet the criteria of sweet and fruity and it did not disappoint! The name of the pink drink is the Sicilian sunset. As an alcoholic beverage it tastes very light on the tongue and while being strong in content it does not feel strong taste wise. It tastes sweet, purely sweet and fruity. I loved it.
As for the food, there was the soup something with gnocci, was creamy and delicious, thick and filling but left room for the next dish. I loved it as well.
Then there was the meatball appetizer, huge meatballs. It was nice, but probably would recommend keeping that for someone with a larger stomach than myself. I wanted to leave more room for the next dish personally. Overall taste wise, it was just as good, in a different way. The meatball appetizer had the appeal of sauce and parmesian only as much as necessary so it was not drenched in it. The crunchy cheese on top was lovely addition. For those who love meatball dishes, this one I recommend as an appetizer.
Then for the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara, it was divine . I am so glad I left room in my stomach to try it. The chicken has a unique taste compared to other carbonaras I have had before. It taste more smoked but its still a pasta and somehow it blended IN THE MOST AMAZING WAY! I love the creaminess of the sauce, and the noodles were great. The dish itself could probably serve 3 people though.
I made sure to get some boxes to take some of each dish back with me for tomorrow. My sister did the same with hers.

Was quoted a 20 minute wait, ended up over half an hour, but nobody seemed to notice or care. Our server was good and kept the drinks full. The food was fresh, and although their prices continue to go up, it was still good. The only thing not exceptional is the spaghetti/marinara, so avoid that. The chicken parmesan continues to be delicious.

The Never Ending Pasta Bowl special, which comes with the never ending soup or salad and freshly baked bread sticks was SUPER SATISFYING for my taste buds and my wallet (UNDER$20)!
Selection one was the Chicken Alfredo with Italian Sausage! And yes, I had the Parmesan cheese freshly graded over the top! The Alfredo sauce was creamy, mild flavored, and cheesey with that just right consistency! It clung to every piece of pasta (my choice-Angel Hair not the norm Alfredo pasta), crispy, tender, meaty white meat chicken strip and Italian Sausage with the flavor that ties every bite to YUMMY GOODNESS ! My second bowl order was the spaghetti (angel hair type for me) and meatballs with the spicy sauce It was packed with bright, tomato freshness and the right amount of spiciness to dance across the taste buds ! I wanted to keep eating for the DELICIOUS TASTE! And just knowing I had even more choices available to taste! The servings were filling and very pleasing so I couldn’t eat another bite ‼️I did order a take home Alfredo and Chicken with Italian Sausage Pasta bowl to take home for lunch the next day !
The Customer Service was 150 points 50 points above a 100 point scale. KENELLI delivered with facts and consistency for every question I had and beginning to end of all my wants and needs while dining without me having to wonder where she was to ask or deliver ‼️ Thank you KENELLI ‼️

Such a clean and romantic atmosphere. The food was really good! Me and my fiancé share the spaghetti because the portion is so big. We had THE BEST server too. Victoria checked on us multiple times and had a smile on her face every time she came to our table. We never ran out of anything! We had a wonderful experience!

After meekly expressing a food allergy, the floor manager took the time to clearly explain the food preparation process they use to help ensure an allergy-safe experience. Even though I was not feeling or presenting myself at my best, the staff went out of their way to be friendly, patient, and accommodating. That level of care did not go unnoticed. Olive Garden remains a consistently solid choice for a fine dining experience in a more relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

We always have great service and food. Very dependable. Kayla is a great server. She was very attentive. Jessica checked on us as well. Only issue, like many other restaurants, sticky tables. Overall, great job. Yum.

The food at Olive Garden has really went down hill. I was in a party of two. I ordered the spaghetti. The favorless sauce was liquid and didn’t cling to pasta. The portions are much smaller, which was ok considering the taste. I will say the meatballs were OK but the best of the dish. The other order was soup n salad. The lettuce was not crisp and the soup was just broth. After speaking with server a dish of ingredients were brought on the side. The service was very good. She was friendly, attentive and did the best she could.

I have to admit, this was the best service we have ever received anywhere. Our waitress Laura D was so extra sweet and completely on top of everything in every way. Olive Garden is lucky to have her on their team. As for the food-also perfect! Atmosphere was nice and quiet, and we had a pleasant experience there.

We went to Olive garden on a whim today for a small family dinner. We waited in line for a table to come open. We sat inside and everything was clean and looked like a typical olive garden.
The food was amazing, I had the eggplant Parm with spaghetti for my main course and it tasted great and I was not disappointed. For dessert I had the chocolate lasagna. It was also amazing and chocolatey. All the food was presented well and was appetizing.
The star of the show was our server Jen. She was honestly the best server I have probably ever had. Very organized, attentive, friendly, fast, refilled drinks, checked up on us but didn’t stay too long. Just seriously a great waitress, I hope that Olive garden management recognizes her because she is truly a great server and deserves to be recognized.

The spinach dip crackers were stale. Which shouldn’t have been stale since we got there when it opened. The ravioli (in picture) tasted okay but a little dried out. Breadsticks seamed a little soggy. It’s the first time I have been there in a few years, and was a little disappointed. The server was friendly at least.
