What a wonderful meal! Destiny, our server was very pleasant and refilled our drinks without calling for her! She check how we were doing just the right amount of time! I hope we get her again next time we come to town. Oh the Calamari were well seasoned and fried perfectly.

Wait staff talked bad.about us in ear shot and were borderline racist…Come here all the time and normally have a great experience, great food, friendly staff, ect. We were gifted a gift card that we were using that night, but it would not scan on the Ziosk. We felt terrible because the waitress had mentioned that she was new and we know the gift cards are a hassle, so we intended to tip extra, roughly $20 since we basically got a free meal due to the gift card. We were seated very close to the waitresses station so we accidentally overheard her conversation with some of the other staff, including one of the hostesses, about my party, gift cards, and the people that use them. They went on and on about how they hate cheap people who use gift cards. I do not know the full context, but one of the white waiters said something to our waitress (African American) about the gift card and she said “No it was your people that did this. It’s always your people.” I assumed the white waiter must’ve said something to imply that it was an African American party who gave her the gift card, which genuinely makes no sense. Our waitress then noticed we were looking her direction (because they were talking about us) and she rolled her eyes and said “Ugh, now they’re staring at me.” So not only was she talking badly about us when she didn’t realize she was in ear shot, but she proceeded to roll her eyes at us and continue to talk badly after she realized we had noticed. Must of the staff around her dispersed after she said “Now they’re staring at me.” I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review anywhere before because I understand people have bad days, but this was completely uncalled for! I understand she was new and potentially trying to fit in with her new coworkers, but there’s no excuse for this kind of behavior.

I came in the other week with a huge party and we had two servers, Ava and Alexa. First of all, they were absolutely stunning, I just had to say that. More importantly though, their service was amazing. They were incredibly fast with refills, and every time we needed more napkins (which was a lot), they brought them immediately without us even having to ask twice. One of them mentioned it was her birthday recently, and it turned out we actually share the exact same birthday, which was a fun coincidence.
To be completely honest, the food itself wasn’t that great, but their service genuinely made the whole experience better. It was good because of them, not because of the kitchen. I don’t really think the kitchen knew what it was doing, but Ava and Alexa completely made up for it. They recommended the ziti fritta and the lasagna fritta, and I ended up loving both. Because of them, I’d definitely come back again—probably for fourth, fifth, and even sixth rounds.
The manager, Lala, Stopped by to check on us and she was the sweetest ever she really knows how to do her job. There seemed to be a lot going on, but she seemed to be managing so well we need to make her your general manager immediately. I’ve been here before, and the other managers have not been excellent. They give fake nice and not genuinely caring about the customer. When I tell you, Lala has gone above and beyond for our party, I mean it.
I need to address something though. The kitchen seems to not know how to season anything and honestly, it seems like they don’t have their ducks in a row. I would look to higher some new cooks because if my main entrée tastes like that again, we’re gonna have a problem. So just a little more seasoning, Garlic powder is a thing.

This Olive Garden location was conveniently located near the hotel I was staying at in Tuscaloosa. Servers were friendly, it was clean, the bread sticks were good, the salad was the classic everybody loves. I had chicken parmigiana and it was pretty tasty, but the spaghetti it came with was meh. Overall it is exactly what you should expect from a giant chain restaurant.
Side note- the men’s restroom has two urinals. There is no divider between them. Come on Olive Garden put up a barrier!

This is a fantastic Olive Garden location! I just got finished eating lunch here and had a fabulous experience. There was plenty of seating inside despite the parking lot looking pretty full, and my server was fantastic. She was attentive but not too attentive. She had a smile on her face, a good attitude, and was very helpful.
The lunch specials come with a soup or salad and the table gets breadsticks. The lunch sizes are 1/2 the size of the dinner specials, but I was STUFFED after two breadsticks, a salad, and my entree.
I would 100% recommend going here for lunch.

I typically enjoy coming here weekly, but today’s experience was disappointing. The hostess was rude and seemed inconvenienced by seating me. After declining a bar seat, she appeared unsure of what to do and made no effort to accommodate me. When another employee stepped in, the interaction felt unprofessional, so I decided to leave. I would love to return in the future, but some customer service training for the hostess is definitely needed.
